Great business overall, super speedy service. Went in to get a couple watches fixed, both needed battery replacements and one needed a new buckle. They took care everything right away and did it for a fair rate. Spent $20 on everything all together and left with two working watches. Definitely swing by if you need anything! They also had a large selection of jewelry offered, so I have a reason to go back!!

David is the best! It is hard to find trustworthy jewelers, but I'm happy I found Sebastianelli's. After shopping around, David helped me buy the perfect engagement ring that exceeded my expecations and stayed within my budget. He's knowledgable, reliable, and reasonable and I only wish I found him sooner.

David and his staff are just phenomenal! They carry such beautiful jewelry. If you don't see something in the store, just ask because 9 out of 10 times, they can get it for you. Also, they repair jewelry as well and in record time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't speak highly enough of Sebastianelli's.

Dave is very nice and professional. He helped replace the battery of my Omega watch in three minutes and only charged $7 and refused the tips. They also have beautiful jewelries. If you are looking to buy or repair your watch/jewelry this is the place you should go.

I purchased a watch, it was a little big so I also purchased a cheap band adjusting kit off of Amazon. I attempted it myself and somehow lost the pin that held the clasp together. I brought it into Sebastianelli Jewlers and they fixed it within 2 minutes. Free of charge. I said “I don’t owe you anything?” He smiled and told me to have a great weekend. I feel as though I at least owe a 5 star review, and to pass along that they have a very nice little shop with a friendly environment.

I can’t say enough great things about the service and the knowledge of everyone there. the owner is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a specific bracelet for a few months now and couldn’t find it anywhere. When I went to his store they didn’t have it in their showcase but he went above and beyond and ORDERED it for me I asked if he wanted me to leave a deposit since he was ordering it and he said “no need I want to make sure you love it and that this is the perfect one for you first” I was floored by the customer service he called me shortly after it had arrived and it was everything that I was looking for. I can’t thank them enough!! I highly suggest visiting them before going to any big box chain you are guaranteed to get the customer service and experience that you deserve. Dave is literally the best! After receiving my engagement ring from a chain jeweler, I noticed that the main stone was loose. I also knew that I needed it resized. Dave at Sebastianelli Jewelers took care of all of that at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. He was also so quick too! I was only without my ring for 2 days. I will definitely be going here for all of my jewelry needs in the future!

Best jewelers around! I brought in a ring to have it restored and am shocked at what an amazing job they did. Having my grandmothers ring fixed was long overdue, part of it needed to be soldered together, it needed serious cleaning, and the two prongs needed to be replaced.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Called as they were about to close and he stayed 15 minutes after for me. Had an issue with my movado watch, wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. He took a quick look at it and determined it just needed a new battery (the one I put in was wrong). Only $7 and took 3 minutes! He didn’t upcharge anything or try and tell me it needed more work. Honest, quick, passionate about his work. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went in to buy an engagement ring. I had no idea what to look for. Dave walked me thru the different cuts, how diamonds are graded and any other info I could ever need. He helped steer me towards the perfect ring. I went back for my wedding band and Dave came up with exactly what I wanted. 10/10 I’ll be back for Xmas and anniversary gifts!

Outstanding. Dave is THE guy. After spending a full day looking at various jewelry stores around CT, Dave was the only one who took the time to teach us anything and everything about diamonds. No rush or pressure to make a purchase, the deals were the best that we could find, and he will work with you to find the best deal within your budget.

My name is Melissa, I am from the Eastern part of Ct. Last week I wanted to buy a piece of jewelry off Craigslist but I was very concerned about possibly buying a fake diamond and of course for my safety. I spoke to two jewelers in the Central Ct area hoping at least one would allow me to meet with the seller at their store to verify authenticity and I would, of course, compensate for their time. The first jeweler told me he flat out wasn't interested. Then I spoke to an associate at Sebastianelli's and I explained to her I just needed 5 minutes for a jeweler to loop the diamond and just verbally approximate the Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat size. She said that was fine and to come in anytime during business hours and ask for the owner Dave.

I have to say I am beyond blown away by their kindness and level of professionalism. The owner, Dave Dorio, spent well over 30 minutes with us going over the most important things to know when buying a diamond and showed comparisons. This particular diamond that I was buying was old (possibly the 30's) and he is VERY knowledgeable about everything diamonds. I was so impressed that Mr. Dorio not only took the time to tell us the cut of the diamond but the WHY and HOW diamonds were cut way back then and how that differs greatly from the way diamonds are cut today. He was happy to take the time to educate us BOTH on the particulars of a diamond he wasn't even selling. I couldn't believe it. And at the end of our visit I asked how much to compensate for his time and he said no charge. He really just wanted the seller to know clearly what she was selling and for me, the buyer, to know what I would be buying.

I'm not giving this good review because Sebastianelli's didn't charge me. In my opinion, just because something is free does not automatically mean it's gonna be good. I'm providing this review based on my overall experience with two local jewelers while trying to safely navigate my way through the process of buying a fairly expensive diamond off Craigslist.

The local jeweler I mentioned earlier that told me he wasn't interested in helping me did say when the time comes to call him again and IF he was available he would take a quick look at it and give me a verbal estimate and the charge would be $150 for that service. This was a business owner who said I'm not interested in helping you because I buy diamonds. He could have just said I'm very busy or I don't provide that service instead of being rude and dismissive. After this I didn't have high hopes of finding anyone to help me. And as much as I would love to name the jeweler I'm not going to because I believe Mr. Dorio is a class act and I'm sure he wouldn't want me to. But I do feel this is relevant to my review and that's why I am mentioning it.

My first phone call to Sebastianelli's the associate was kind and helpful. She told Mr Dorio that I would be coming in the next day so he was expecting us. He took his time didn't rush us out at all, and at one point during our visit he got a call and the associate said he is with a customer right now and took a message. What do you say to that? If this is how he treats some random person off the street who didn't even buy anything I can only imagine how he treats real customers. Since my visit I have read their reviews and I get it now. This is just another example of who they are. Sebastianelli's is a multi-generational family owned and operated businesses and it doesn't take long to see it for yourself that they are very knowledgeable about the jewelry industry and passionate about the friendships they establish with their clients. If you are looking for a trustworthy jeweler, Sebastianelli is where you need to go.

David is wonderful to work with. He helped my husband and I with choosing our wedding bands. He worked with my husband in choosing my engagement ring which is absolutely beautiful! Highly reccommend!

Hidden Gem in a busy shopping plaza. Best pricing for necklaces, batteries, and repairs. Even gift wrapped for free. Amazing mom and pop shop, definitely recommend.
