Jiffy lube in east Hartford has always been my go to for years. I like how each and every worker took their time with my vehicle and made sure to keep communicating with me during the process. I must say I was very impress with this group. Shayla was what it appears to be training Tyler and another worker. She was very patient and informative. Tyler and the other worker were also great! The whole crew was on their game. Keep it up!

This team was really great, it was a comfortable process everyone worked together so well !! This was my first time at a jiffy lube . They were able to help me understand and recommend the services I needed.

Professional. Not a long wait. The only thing I will suggest is to have prices posted outside. Andre was awesome! Not pushy, very polite. There may be hope for this place after all.

HONESTLY NOT GOING TO OIE OUT OF ALL THE OIL SHOOS IVE BEEN TO THIS WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER MADE SURE THERE WAS COFFEE IN THE WAITING ROOM AND ITS THE ONLY WAITING ROOM IVE BEEN THAT HAD HEAT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS 35 DEGREES OUT … DEFINITLEY RECOMMENDING ALL MY FRIENDS JUST OFF THE HOSPITALITY ALONE .. #HARDWORKINGMEN

The crew let me know that they were out of regular oil. I usually get synthetic, but last time I was on a budget and got regular oil. The man informed me that they were out of regular oil and asked if I wanted the synthetic. I told him about my last visit and they applied a coupon to my total!! I am a very satisfied customer!! They did a great job!!

Yessssss I’m so thankful places like these exist. I called beforehand and the guy helped my son and I out while we were on a long road trip. Just needed an oil change it was very quick.

To be honest the first thing I really noticed was how extremely clean the garage, waiting room and bathroom were. I believe Scott was who worked on my Subaru Outback. Work was done professionally and I was back on my way in a short amount of time. A+
