Love the shopping experience. Knowledgeable staff that really try to help find the perfect piece. They also can duplicate pieces from pictures and were able to match my wife’s lost earring. I found the prices reasonable and the quality very high. I would recommend them highly.

I had stopped in the Jewelers today as I was in the area. The owner cleaned my ri gs no problem. And then noticed he had a polishing cloth. I asked him how much and he replied $18. I paid him for the cloth went back in my car, opened up the cloth and started to polish my jewelry. To my surprise, bright rouge color got all over my hands all over my rings all over my pink coat which was $200. I went back in to show him what happened and his wife greeted me. She was totally rude and obnoxious she said ““ didn’t he tell you how to use it ““ I said no . He then came out and said well you said that you had a Cloth before . I replied yes I had a polishing cloth, and I never had Diye come out of it!! I am so happy I never did business with him. Can you imagine buying a piece of expensive jewelry and then having something go wrong with it how he would react. I wouldn’t recommend that jewelry store to anybody. They’re horrible people.

This place is an absolute JOKE. Takes full advantage of people. We agreed on a price to adjust a bracelet and went to pick up it was $13 more. Not that it was a huge mistake but the customer service sucks. He started arguing with me about it using foul language. On top of that told me the bracelet was ready when I called, then went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready and argued with me even more. This place is Horrible never going back again!!!!!

Dropped off two watches for battery replacement. Received them back thrown together in a plastic bag like they were garbage. One watch was a brand new diamond watch. I said "I wish you hadn't thrown then in the same bag together" big dorky guy said nothing and charges me $24.00. Last time at this dump. They need a lesson in customer service!

If there was an option for negative stars, I'd use it in this instance. I went in for a simple repair on a silver bracelet, literally just soldering a simple loop closed that had spread over time. At first the owner wasn't sure if they could do it, she checked with someone in the back and returned 2 min later with "silver is tricky but I think we can do it". I asked how long it would take, she said two weeks!!! I wanted to wear it this weekend (it's Wednesday) so I politely said, I want to wear it this weekend so I'll try to find another jewler that can do it while I wait or the next day. I then asked if it would be possible to borrow a jeweler's screw driver to tighten a bracelet screw on the $26,000 Audemars Piguet watch I was wearing. She said she doesn't do that, "we don't let noone use our tools". She said she could do it, I handed her the watch and said, "thank you, please just be careful not to scratch it" her response was to hand me back my watch, state "I'm not interested" and walk out of the 1960s pink carpeted showroom to the back room without another word! I think the golden opportunities in this place may simply be lessons in customer service. Btw, go on yelp and read the reviews that are suppressed. They are horror stories!
