Thank you Chuck and the staff at Dunbar Jewelers. I wanted to have the diamonds from a wedding ring reset. I went to another jeweler who was less than helpful. Chuck was knowledgeable, honest and willing to work with me to find the best option. The result is a stunning pendant that I love! I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs.

The whole staff at Dunbar couldn't be more helpful and attentive!!! They are my first recommendation when anyone I know are looking for beautiful jewelry, repairs on anything and everything or to just clean what you already have!! If you stop at Reins Deli and not Dunbar you are missing out.

My Jeweler has limited hours and I needed to find a small Jewlery store that is open daily and doesn't need an appointment. I found Dunbar Jeweler's in Vernon with a 5 star rating. I first met Chuck over 20 years ago when he was at Michaels in Manchester. We moved to Vernon and was happy to know he was at Dunbar Jewelers in Vernon. My Mom passed away and I was given diamonds from her tennis bracelet and I wanted to have a ring made with them. I knew the best person for this job was Chuck! When it comes to shopping for personal items, I can be a real pain. I wanted a watch so I went to several stores then I went to Dunbar Jewelers. I looked at every men's watch they had. I tried on the ones I liked and left. A week later I went back and looked at the watches again. Dunbar's staff was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. I not only bought a watch from Dunbar Jewelers, but two weeks later I went back and bought a second watch. I recommend them highly.

Dunbar also reset another diamond ring of mine. No more worries about losing stones. Securely set and lovely. I got engaged November 2022. The ring needed to be appraised, insured, and re-sized. Unfortunately, my fiancé didn't get the ring from Dubar, but they were recommended to me afterward and were willing to help with everything we needed. They were amazing, helpful and kind, and even recommended a jewelry insurance that we now use. They did a phenomenal job on my ring as well. My fiancé agreed. They even gave me a jewelry cleaner to use after sizing my ring and offered to occasionally come in and have them clean it, despite the fact that it wasn't bought from them. We have decided not to go anywhere else from now on and have recommended others as well. We live just over half an hour away in Enfield. Absolutely worth the drive. You can't put a price on genuine service and genuine people.
