George the service advisor was very tentative and personal. Evan the mechanic did a great job fixing my vehicle at a time of need and in a very effective efficiency manner. Very courteous and polite. Bill came in at the estimated price. I used to work in the car business and it's a hard job. I can be critical at times so when I write a good review it's deserved. Not every car is perfect and I don't blame the people fixing it for product qualities. Thank you for the excellent service!

Got to say Mo and Jim at Gengras came through for us. Helped me out of my lease with my old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 30K + miles OVER of what the mileage allotment should have been (would have gotten hit with an $8600+ bill end of lease, easy) and got me into a 🤌🏻 choice 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at an amazing price even by my standards ($12,500 in dealer’s incentives and even found an obscure $500 coupon which any other salesperson would probably skip). Car is gorgeous. Wifey is grinning ear to ear and baby has plenty of space for the stroller and all her stuff. Couldn’t been happier. Great job Mo! My gorgeous wife and I drove up from West Hartford CT with interest in buying or leasing a jeep wrangler. We were very interested in a hybrid 4Xe model, but were not sure we could afford it. After a few hours talking and a test drive with Mo, we leased a 2024 Sarge Green Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe for some fun summer and adventures. Mo Salama helped us with our lease and with the trade in of our vehicle and he was amazing from start to finish. We didn’t ever feel the common car salesman pressure or the famous car salesman lines. We went to Gengras Ram to look at used pickups. Devin connected with us and very relaxed and not pushy but very helpful. He took info on what we were looking for and not looking for. It was very comfortable, not like many other ordeals at car dealers. After Devin had the info he brought us out to look at 2 Ram 1500 4x4’s. One was a 2021 and the other a 2024. The 2024 was a certified preowned that extended the powertrain warranty from 5/60k to 7/100k. We are full time RVers and need to flat tow the truck behind the RV. The 2024 was a better match for us plus it was a nicer model, the Limited. We left for the day to think about it. Devin called the next day to let us know that he had called several local RV dealers to see which could install the front tow system onto the truck. We didn’t expect that but Devin went above and beyond. He gave us names and contacts of several places, outstanding! Unfortunately, the local shops were much more expensive than the place we used for our Cherokee so well go back there, Cap and Hitch of New England. Devin showed us the procedure in the manual to put the transmission in complete neutral so it can be towed. Very good service.

We came back the next day and test drove it. Then we were sold Ha. That’s when we met Evan, the finance guy. He took his time with us and explained everything from financing to warranties. He is extremely thorough yet not pushy at all. We decided not to finance but we did choose to purchase the extended warranty called a “Wrap” which extends the warranty to cover the entire truck, not just the powertrain. Evan pointed out that because we are on the road all year and flat towing the truck that the Wrap would give us better, longer coverage overall. Good thinking!

The entire sale was a breeze. The staff was wonderful.

I had already been leasing a Jeep Compass. I called Mo Salama to ask him what my options are for getting something newer. Not only did he take my call immediately, but he was also able to work something out with me the same day. I did not need to call him for an update once. He diligently called me with all information. I left in a new car a few hours later.

He is honestly great, very straight forward, and most importantly honest. He goes above and beyond to meet the expectations of his customers.
