This was by far the best dress experience I have ever had. I picked the first dress I tried on, and they were so helpful when it came to any alteration I needed. 100% would go back if I ever need another prom dress.

I had an amazing experience at Jayden Nicole! They helped me pick out not only my prom dress but my accessories such as my gloves and jewelry (necklace and earrings)! I also was able to not only get my prom dress altered but my gloves as well! They were super nice and accommodating and were upfront about their policies when asked. They helped make sure that I got everything I needed before my prom date (they try to prioritize people who have their date [whether that be a prom or wedding] really soon). They also allowed me (and other clients) to not be “trapped” with their gown choice once they paid (meaning that if you do not like the dress you bought, they will help make sure you are satisfied, usually by helping you find another dress they have in store). However, they will not refund (which they were upfront about that as well, telling us that before we paid). But overall they were so nice and sweet! I would definitely go back there again when I need another fancy gown!

Excellent prom shopping experience!! My daughter and her friend had an appointment with Christina, who was EXCELLENT. She figured out the perfect combo of what styles were flattering + what they were comfortable in. They had a large range of styles and sizes. At the first fitting, Christina took her time, making sure both girls' alterations would be exactly what they wanted, and same thing at the pickup when they tried them on again. Though we spent a bit more than at a department store, the personalized service was well worth it. Excellent experience from start to finish.

The women there are super sweet! Alterations came out amazing and everything was on time and stress free. Super cute boutique and has a large selection of dresses and colors.

My best friend's son is getting married and she needed a dress for the wedding.. well the ladies there were absolutely amazing.. they guided her to what looks good and made recommendations..
in the end she ordered the dress that she liked the most and once it comes in we'll go back for the fittings.
the ladies running Jayden get all kinds of kudos from me, they are patient and caring and really know how to make you feel comfortable in a "what do i do/ what do i get?" situation.

They are incredible here! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. They are so nice! They work with you until you find what you love. Having two girls shop for prom dresses, they were patient and worked with them until they found exactly what they wanted and loved. Highly recommend going here for all your fancy dress needs.

Took my stepson to Jayden Nicole's to get a tux for junior prom and let me tell you, ANYONE giving this place less than 5 stars is a liar! These women are very professional, detailed, prompt, understanding, accommodating, caring and just all around, know their stuff! My step son is usually so shy and nervous and he absolutely felt at ease with these lovely women.Thank you ladies for giving us such impeccable service! We will definitely see you next year!

We found the perfect prom dress two years in a row! Kristina is the best. Everyone is so nice and makes sure that you find a dress that you love! Plus everything is under one roof. Alterations, jewelry, men’s wear, literally everything. Highly recommend!- Angela and Emily P.

They’re great, we needed to find things for a formal function and exhausted all of the usual suspects “dept. stores and more than I care to count” not only did they help me find something but they also helped my lady too.
Not only did she find something but she actually enjoyed doing so. “Fellas you know what I mean” and did I mention they did it with great customer service and had us ready for the event that happened to be the very next day. Cant recommend this team enough.

When Davids bridal lost my dress a week before prom, and I was panicking to find a dress, Jaden Nicole Enterprises came in clutch and got me a dress ready in less than a week! The dress was stunning and I’m so glad that I went with them and they were so sweet, they even helped me with a Corsage, and a boutonniere, my boyfriend and one of my friends at the time had so much fun! Not to mention they were so understanding and they were able to console me a little bit about choosing a dress! Best duo in the area, and it definitely makes me realize it’s better to shop local!!

The owner of the shop is AMAZING very friendly, super helpful. Just an overall get experience with all the wonderful staff. Would recommend them to anyone. This is the type of customer service you want. They make everyone feel special while in the shop. Glad we found them.

This boutique is the place to go. I needed a dress for a big bday party and my dressmaker never made my dress. I visited Jayden Nicole and did not have an appt. They took me same day and helped me find a dress. Christina and her mom were awesome! Christiana gave me her personal cell number to contact her with any questions. The turn around time was fast and they saved my life!! My dress was a show stopper!! 5stars for dresses and customer service.
