While driving home from vacation, my family and I stopped by the Westfarms Mall in Connecticut. I wandered into Hannoush Jewelers and immediately went to the watch counter. I had purchaed a Seiko Watch from Hannoush back in the 1990's at one of their locations in Massachusetts and was familiar with the company. As I was looking at the wonderful selection, I was greeted by a friendly Manager named Sean. An immediate connection was made with Sean over conversation about watches. I found Sean to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, sincere and professional. Sean's watch knowledge was amazing and he complimented me on the Marathon Watch I was wearing.
I felt no pressure at all to buy anything from this store or Sean, who provided a wealth of information about the watches I was looking at and trying on. My experience in the store was second to none. I left the store without a purchase. I returned home from vacation and called Sean back a few days later and bought one of the Seiko models I had tried on. The watch was shipped to me overnight. I felt I paid a very fair price for my new watch from Hannoush and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you to Sean for a great experience. I will definitely shop at Hannoush again.

This was the first place we visited and returned after realizing the mark up other stores in the area had. ( we visited 3 nearby ) None came close in price and quality. So we returned to Pedro and he made us the custom ring we were looking for. It came out absolutely perfect and my fiancé couldn’t be happier. It’s really a no brainer to come here if you’re in the market. We will return for our bands. Thank you.

I had shopped around for an engagement ring both in the Hartford area and in my local area about 1.5 hours away. In those other stores, I had encountered salespeople who were "fake sales-y friendly," pushy, apathetic, or acted like carnival barkers. I stopped into this store thinking it was just another chain store in the mall and had the good fortune that Michael was the first person with whom I spoke. I quickly recognized Michael was different from all the other salespeople I had encountered. He treats you like a human being, is friendly in a genuine, "non-sales-y" way, is straightforward (while being friendly), and if you tell him precisely what you are looking for, he sets to work right away looking for exactly that. Because of all this, you feel comfortable that you are talking to someone who is sincerely trying to help you find what's right for you. Michael worked hard and found an amazing diamond at a price point that I know, from extensive research, could not be beat. And the diamond was indeed amazing; I had done extensive research and knew a lot more than the basic "4 C's" of diamonds. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way until the happy day when he presented to us the beautiful final product. Even though I live about 1.5 hours away from the Hartford area, Michael Hannoush would certainly be my first choice for any future jewelry needs.

Absolutely in love with my engagement ring. My fiance went to Hannoush Jewelers at the Westfarms Mall and worked with Mike Hannoush to create this perfect oval solitaire, white gold band. I go to the store now and then to get it cleaned as I work outside and never take it off. Hannoush is truly a family business you can trust and they support military families. My parents got their engagement, wedding bands and other gifts for each other through out the years. We are so excited to pick up our wedding bands when my fiance returns from training!!

Excellent experience here. Worked with Mike Hannoush who was extremely fair and honest with us throughout the entire process. He didn’t have to do this… as we were already prepared to buy ... but he told us about their upgrade program. He allowed us to trade in jewelry we bought from Hannoush in 1986 for the FULL VALUE on the 37 year old receipt towards the new ring he had already quoted lower than several other jewelers we had visited. He is patient, showed us several options, educated us, and was reassuring that it would be designed to exact specifications. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Will shop no where else going forward.

Michael at the Westfarms Mall location made both me and my fiancés experience awesome. Not pushy at all as we looked and asked question about wedding bands. As someone in sales I appreciated that. I’ve had my ideal engagement ring idea and shopped to many other jewelers, Walked in to Hannoush in west farms to see Mike and his staff with my same idea and the price was over 25% less and better quality with down payment finance options. Mike is absolutely the best in the business. We bought a very expensive and custom engagement ring. With that kind of a purchase comes a lot of pressure to get it just right as you are giving it to the person you will spend the rest of your life with, and wants her to adore it.

Mike helped identify the right stone over a period of months and helped custom design the setting to our exact specifications. When we received the ring, we noticed we wanted to make some small tweaks to the setting. Mike also created a 3-D rendering of the setting so we could get a look at what we would be getting before we decided to pull the trigger. Again, he did this as an accommodation.

Mike moved fast to make it as perfect as possible. And it is. We’ve also brought it in to be sized a couple of times as the weather has vacillated, and he does this at no charge and always cleans our ring without even asking.

We will be back to Mike for all of our jewelry needs in the future. The guy is totally A+!

My wife and I visited Hannoush Jewelers to view a TAGHeuer watch in which I was interested. We were greeted by Michael who set about determining my needs. Unfortunately, this particular watch was not in store inventory. However, Michael said the watch was available in the US and he could order it with the placement of a fully refundable deposit - an unusual offer for a special order, and a new customer. I left the deposit and returned home where I reviewed my paperwork and discovered that Michael was in fact Michael Hannoush! I was so impressed to have been assisted by a member of the Hannoush family. It made my purchase that much more special. I can now fully recommend Hannoush and I count them as a top jeweler.

OUTSTANDING staff and workmanship. I went to Hannoush Jewelers for a custom job, had no idea if they could do it nor did i have any idea of the cost.
I felt that everyone [Jordan, Andre, Mike] treated me as though I was about to spend thousands of dollars! They listened, seemed interested in what I wanted, and provided me with an estimate. I returned about 2 weeks later and was uncertain how the piece came out, but to my ASTONISHMENT it was perfect!!! AND it was UNDER the estimated cost!!! Hannoush has been great for me. I've purchased a few watches from them as well as an engagement ring. I have also gone to them for watch batteries and jewelry repair. They have provided great service in all aspects of their business. The entire staff is extremely friendly as well, including Sean, Mike, Jordan, and Rich.

Have to say that after visiting Hannoush Jewelers twice in the last year, my watch buying experience couldn't have been better! Sean knows the intricacies of every single piece displayed in the store right down to subtly in each movement. I purchased both a Seiko Alpinist and more recently, this Oris Diver 65 from him at a great price. The entire team is helpful. Warranties are processed immediately, and it's very easy to get in touch and order accessories for your purchases (I've already requested the bracelet for the Diver!). Looking forward to giving more business to Hannoush. Some day, I hope to purchase my first Rolex here too! 😀

I had my engagement and wedding ring cleaned yesterday at Hannoush Jewelers. I took my rings off and told the gentleman who worked there that my rings were 27 and 26 years old (purchased from Hannoush in the mall.) After he inspected them, he asked me if I ever had any work done on them. I never have. He was very impressed about the great shape they are in! I would never hesitate to purchase items from Hannoush. There quality is outstanding, as shown by my rings!
