Tim and his crew have been friendly, dependable, and generous throughout my use of all their services, whether storage, moving, or hauling. I have used this location for decades and would recommend them to all my friends.

After having a horrible experience at UHaul on Boston Rd in Springfield Mass, I’m at the Manchester location as they were kind enough to open their bay for a botched Hitch install, very nice staff, wonderful manager and PLEASE GET INSURANCE/ROADSIDE, pay the extra!

A well-run and honest establishment is our experience. We rented a trailer in October 2022. We had some difficulties due to a hitch job another Uhaul had installed being done improperly but Tim in management at Manchester Uhaul went the extra mile to indeminfy us at the end of the day. We feel Uhaul is a company worth their salt. It took some time but they stood behind their work and we are grateful for this. We will gladly rent from Uhaul again in the future for any moving needs we encounter.

So my wife and I rented a cargo trailer from here today, and after all the issues we had to deal with (not pertaining to U-Haul) we were pleased with our service to say the least.

This is only the 2nd time we've ever had to rent from U-haul and the owner was more than willing to help us with our questions. It had been about 10 years since our suburban had last hauled anything so we weren't sure if the towing wires still worked. Needless to say, it didn't. But they helped us by scheduling an appointment to have them fixed (the very next day) and also accommodated us by renting a trailer on very short notice.

The staff here was very friendly, and I would definitely come here again.

Was able to get a 10 ft truck on the same day for use. Made online reservation that morning with a 9am pickup time. I was polite and courteous and got the same back in return. The truck was as I expected and got the job done. Drop off was simple. With over a dozen U-Haul rentals in multiple states, this was one of the easier experiences.

I rented a pickup to move a couch and was pleasantly surprised that at pickup everything was ready and waiting. Move went well until someone ran into the tailgate of the truck at Home Depot and did not bother to wait around. Of course I did not take the UHaul insurance but Briana (she also checked me in at pickup) was fabulous and fair in assessing the damage. What a wonderful end to a very bad situation. My thanks to Briana for her compassion, professional behavior and knowledge making this rental a great experience. I hope all of UHaul’s employees are like Briana!

They were the most helpful people that I’ve seen in awhile! Didn’t know I had a brake light out, cant rent a trailer because of that, they took time to figure out what was wrong with the lights and even let me loan the tools to fix it and had a brake light available! Thank you Mike for all the help. Made my day.

I work with this location almost every day. It's one of the best uhaul locations I've done business with. The workers were recently given an overhaul. It's now a friendlier environment than it was about a year ago.

Manager was very professional however they had a guy who just keep looking/playing on his phone I ended up to be served by Olivia.Kudos to Olivia also.

Our truck was ready as promised, and the process for pickup and drop off was seamless. Will use again with no hesitation!

Madeline was wonderful to work with, very professional and nice. Truck rental was easy and quick to return.

Never had a problem here and I've used them multiple times.

I have rented from this location on multiple occasions and I am happy to say that corporate has worked amazingly well in making major improvements and training to the staff here. This past Monday we needed a trailer on short notice and they were very accommodating. Don't let a few older reviews give you a sour taste or opinion. During these times of pandemic you have to understand that there will be delays and be patient. I will continue to go out of my way to rent here. Kudos to improvements and great training.

Reserved a truck online. Picked up the truck without any problems. Instructions were clear for mobile drop off after hours. Very smooth and simple process which made my moving day that much easier. Associate who handled the transaction at pick up was pleasant.
