I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Jim, Kyla and the entire staff at Christie’s. My daughter had her engagement ring designed by Kyla and it was beyond any expectation that she had! My son also purchased his fiancé’s engagement ring at Christie’s! It was stunning. The whole process was one of ease and fun for everyone involved. When it came to picking out the wedding bands, the staff was attentive to what they wanted and everyone walked away extremely satisfied with their rings. I can’t say enough about Jim and his staff! My (now) fiance and I went to Christie's to discuss incorporating some existing diamonds from both of our families (to make an heirloom ring of sorts). Kyla was a tremendous help with discussing our options, getting everything set up, and making certain that we were in love with the design of the ring. We couldn't be happier!

There was a loss, 2 very sentimental pieces of jewelry were left to me. Jim Malanga, owner of Christie’s Fine Jewelry, brother of a friend, suggested I come down and meet his designer, Kyla. A few email designs later, 2 3D models arrived in the mail, as I live in Boston, and a design was chosen. Kyla sent photos of every step from stone removal to stone placement. It was such an amazing process to actually be a part of. I refer to the ring as Boston’s Crown Jewel.
The craftsmanship is unmatched and the customer service goes well above and beyond. To say I’m thrilled is an understatement.

I went to Christie's Fine Jewelry to have a ring designed using my original engagement diamond and another diamond I had gotten for a 15th anniversary gift from my husband. I initially met with Jamie and she took out several rings that I had described I liked. Then she drew up a beautiful ring for me with all the different details from the rings combined. It had everything I wanted on it, so then a casting was ordered and I met with Jim and Sue. I was a little nervous because I couldn't envision what the ring would look like, but Jim explained in detail how it would look when it was done. It is above and beyond beautiful, I just love it. Jim goes above and beyond to help you envision what you will be getting if they design your ring. As a matter of fact, I loved it so much they designed a wedding band to match it. AMAZING! Honestly there are no words to describe our experience with Jim and Sue Malanga at Christie’s Fine Jewelry. For our 40th anniversary we wanted to redesign my original diamond and sapphire ring. After meeting with Jim (THE most incredible designer, craftsman in the business) we decided to keep my original ring as is, and save it for our granddaughter. To be honest, it’s a bit scary to put all your trust in someone to design a ring from scratch, but we discussed all the details, the shape of the stones and the vintage look we were after. Seeing the ring was so moving I cried. It was everything I wanted and even more than I had dreamed of.

My Fiancé and I had an amazing experience shopping for my engagement ring together and we cannot recommend Christie's enough! We went in with no clear idea of what I wanted, but the staff immediately helped narrow down options and I ended up with the ring of my dreams. Jim and Sue went above and beyond answering all my questions, ordering me the perfect stone, and coordinating with my Fiancé to keep the proposal a surprise. I cannot say enough good things about Christie's! My original engagement ring was my great grandmothers and needed some work. I decided I would rather do a new setting than fix the 100-year old band. I originally met with Jamie, told her my ideas and we went from there. The center stone is a family stone so I wanted to keep that, and I wanted to keep my wedding band and anniversary bands as well. Jamie custom designed the new setting to make them all flow and fit together and Jim executed the idea perfectly. The process was quick, met on 5/30 to finalize the design, saw the casting of the ring on 6/26 and it was on my hand finished by 7/3!

Added bonus, ALL the work is done on site. I went to a bunch of jewelers in the area and NONE of them work on site like Christie's and I did not want to send my family stone out by mail. Just my preference and I was much more comfortable knowing the stone never left their shop in Manchester!

After my husbands passing I wanted to somehow wear his wedding band along with mine.
Christie’s came up with a wonderful design that I absolutely love & cherish.
They made a necklace & put both our rings together & were able to incorporate mine & my husbands birthstones along with our childrens, their spouses & our grandchildren!
