Ful-Line Auto

I bought a car here about a month ago, a Honda CRV. The process was smooth and straight forward, Dave explained all the details to make it easy to understand and went out of his way to keep me updated! He made repairs and updates before I even purchased the car, and just a few days ago the radiator blew. I brought it to him and he fixed it free of charge because it has only been a month, no hassle. Wonderful customer service here and would definitely come here again!

Although I didn't make a purchase, nothing but great words for these guys. David was phenomenal guy to talk too as he showed me around a bike I was looking at. Bill the owner.. rugged and old school just how it should be. Absolutely great people at this place.

If you're looking for a used car this is the place to go.
After looking at cars for over a month online, reading hundreds of reviews, and researching dealers I settled on Ful-Line auto. They had a good inventory of cars at reasonable prices and the reviews we're the best I had found. My husband and I went in without an appointment to look at several cars we might be interested in. We were greeted with a smiling face and friendly personality of the owners daughter. ( Sorry I forgot your name.) She handed us the set of keys to all of the cars we were interested in, showed us where on the lot they were and told us to take our time looking at them.
While viewing those cars I spotted a Lincoln Town car on the lot. It was beautiful and I was very interested in it. We got the keys and took it for a test drive and I absolutely loved it. It was reasonably priced and had low mileage on it for 2006. We went back and told her we wanted to purchase the car and made arrangements to pick it up the following week. We agreed we would do all the paperwork when we came to pick up the car and we weren't even required to put a deposit payment down. Since it was a 2006 we requested that we be able to take it to our own mechanic to have it looked at. The owner, Dave, agreed without hesitation even though our mechanic was 40 minutes away and loaned us the car for the day. Our mechanic did let us know that one small issue should be addressed. I told Dave what our mechanic said and he said that he would take care of that issue and let us know when it would be ready. Two days later the work had been done and the car was ready. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with it. It was a very smooth, easy, pleasant experience. Dave was very easy to deal with as well as very helpful. It wasn't luck that brought me to Ful-Line Auto, I did my due diligence and it paid off.

I will start off by saying i have owned over 25 vehicles from the age of 18 until now (35). I have purchased probably half of those from private sales and the other half from a dealership some where. This is by far the best car buying experience i have had (there are a couple of places that were good). The process was easy i literally went to look at the car test drove it found a few flaws with it and Dave the owner said no problem i will take care of the issues, We had an agreement where when the vehicle was ready i would go pay and pick it with no hassle, Communication was great and i was updated on when i would be able to pick up the vehicle. I would recommend this place to purchase a vehicle this place was probably the most honest used car lot i have been to. I am from Waterbury so South Windsor is a hike for me. Long story short if you want no hassle, good prices, good cars, and an easy buying process with no pressure. This is the place to buy your next vehicle nothing but , a great experience from Dave. His daughter is also awesome and was pleasant to deal with on the day Dave was not there

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at this family-owned business is very friendly and easy to work with. They were honest and their cars are fairly priced. I flew from Texas for this purchase and it was well worth it. I highly recommend Ful-Line Auto and would definitely do business with them again.

No pushy car salesman which is a plus for me. David was awesome and helped every way he could. Totally loved the whole experience. When there was a mishap with my insurance I mentioned it and David was very quick to shut them up with picture proof. I def recommend 100%

After I was told my old car was catastrophically damaged and could not be driven, I was distraught as I did not have the money to fix it nor had the money to buy another used one outright so I needed to finance something pretty much sight unseen as I had no time or ride to look around for cars. Dave at Ful line Auto helped me find something nice, explain all the terms, help me get approved, and everything set for the car in less than 2 weeks after my dad first saw the car on the lot. Then when it needed a quickie small repair under the warranty period, he got me an appointment and the car all fixed up in a day so I was back on the road no charge. Just bought a second vehicle from Ful Line Auto. Dave and his family run a great operation. They have a good selection of fairly priced cars and offer no pressure sales. We have had a great experience with our first vehicle, Ford Explorer. Ful Line Auto offers a great selection of fairly priced Auto’s and thoroughly inspect and go thru them before the sale is complete. I highly recommend Ful Line if you are in the market for a good used car!!

I drove an hour from MA to look at a car I thought would be too good to be true. David was so easy to work with. No hassle no run around. You can tell he takes pride in his buisness. The mini van that I drove had a few things that I questioned and he was happy to take care of any issues. Easiest car sale I have ever been a part of. It was like dealing with an uncle. No pressure. No selling me things I didn't need. And when he told me how bad the car was that I was driving, I panicked. He was not wrong. My engine light had turned on while driving to him. He got me in the mini van the next day. I bought it yesterday and took it for state inspection and my mechanic today. Both were so happy that I have a reliable car. His daughter who works the desk was super helpful too. I called many times and never felt like I was a bother. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I have had extremely bad luck with used cars. The last three I purchased at other places none of which lasted over a year. Including from a used car place that had come highly recommended. This time around I was determined to find a place that had a truly good reputation. I stumbled upon one of their vehicles on Facebook but also used Google reviews to research them. They are an hour from where I live. With multiple reviews on multiple sites from repeat customers who stated they had purchased good reliable vehicles each time. I figured I had to go check them out. They were better than reviewed if that's possible. No pressure at all. Gladly allowed an outside mechanic to inspect the vehicle. The mechanic was even excited about the shape the car I was looking at was in. He used the words immaculate and pristine a few times. On top of the vehicle being in great mechanical shape all of the "amenities" in the passenger compartment were all operational. The owner advertises he hand picks each vehicle he sells and I believe it looking at the vehicles on his lot I believe it. Only when my wife and I were comfortable did we move on to purchasing. There was one minor detail that got overlooked. I checked with Dave just to make sure it had been overlooked and that there was not an issue. He apologized and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. When I called to thank him and express he hadn't needed to he said "well I know you've had a lot of bad luck and I don't even want such a small detail to sour your experience here". The crew is amazing honest trustworthy and reliable. While I hope my new car lasts a long time I do look forward to seeing Dave and Mariah again.

In 35 years of buying cars I have not ever had a better experience, nor a better deal. Dave sells great vehicles at fair prices. I bought an Odyssey for my 3 grand daughters to ride in, so it goes without saying I wanted something dependable and safe. We all love the vehicle and are confident it will server our family well for years to come.

My fiance and I recently purchased a car from ful-line and it was by far the best experience we've had making a large purchase. It's literally a no pressure atmosphere where the staff treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
