My daughter has had very fair judges and I can’t talk highly enough about the staff.

I have too lol

Never a pleasant place to be but the staff are relatively patient and helpful.

This place is okay. Can be a source of great victory, or one of great defeat. Choose your battles wisely.

Sometime you have to get the right person the right judge it all depends everyone is not on the same page.

Family Court in New Haven and especially judges do not honor nor follow the Constitution! Parenting Plans which are signed by both parents in court are NEVER enforced especially on behalf of fathers that have equal or shared custody! The judges enable the mothers to keep full control for even loving and fit fathers in order to keep the toxicity flowing for them and all attorneys for cash flow. I highly recommend fathers not to waste thousands on a parenting plan or attorneys. If you’re lucky enough you won’t have to fight legally. If you do then never agree to more than child support. Just because a document says you have 50/50 decision making the judges will never give you that right. It’s all a show to get you to file contempt’s to keep fighting. Run! The family courts in New Haven are destroying Children’s relationships with Father’s Day in and day out. The state of Ct in the family judicial system is fully corrupted.

The court system is bias. The judges don't uphold the law. They don't care about your rights nor children. It's a power circus for money. They keep you fighting to break you and bleed you financially or force you into bad decisions to make money. It is a trap to own you. A total disgrace . Equality and justice for all, not even in theory. Stay away if you can. Lawyers will lie and take your money.. stay away from them is a Cartel by lawyers for lawyers

I called the clerk's office and spoke with a woman who was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I understand that dealing with the public can be difficult, but I was polite and respectful when I asked for information.

I feel very sorry for those that need to navigate this system- and hope that you don't have the same experience. Courteous professionalism is seriously lacking in this office.

THIS IS THE WORST COURT EVER!!! THIS COURT DOES NOT HELP PARENTS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE AND THEY WASTE PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR CHILDREN AND THE FAVOR ONE PARENT MORE THAN THE OTHER. I WENT TO COURT OVER 20 TIMES AND NEVER HAS THE JOB PUT ANYTHING IN MUTUAL FAVOR OF BOTH PARENTS DO NOT COME HERE THINKING YOUR GOING TO GET JUSTICE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE A OUT YOU.

know matter what time of day or number you call they have there phone off the hook no one is wondering why the phone isnt ringing the line in office is always around the corner or a long wait no matter the time of day

Fake judges!it’s a racket just to collect money! there is no best interest for the child!

Ridiculously long phone menu doesn't even give all options. Website doesn't even have fax filing number. Spent 10 minutes for nothing.
