As a newbie to fine jewelry I needed a knowledgeable place to help me create some rings made from my deceased mother's stones. The jeweler here was WONDERFUL, patient, experienced, and very talented. I ended up with a beautiful one of a kind engagement ring as well as a multi-stone unique creation with several other stones. Highly recommend this spot for any of your jewelry needs.

Went in to get a leather strap for a new watch I bought. Bill got everything done in no time. Even set the time and date! Great service, will definitely be back.

I like going to Bray jewelers in Manchester, CT, for repairs because the work is done well, by pleasant people, for a reasonable price. It is a well-established business, and I trust them. I like that they are local, so I’m supporting a small business and my town. Also, the shop is beautiful with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Very pleasant staff, there not there to just get your money at least they make you feel that way. I brought a watch that i had not purchased there to have a battery changed and they were more than willing to replace it for only 10 dollars and then mentioned the clasp was not quiet right and they fixed that too.

From the moment my now husband purchased by engagement ring we haven't looked at another jeweler since. Wayne and Bill are what a family business should me. Honest, caring, "get to know your customers on a personal level" kind of guys. 14 years later I have some of the most beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. We have referred friends and they too wouldn't go anywhere else. The small store is the best kept secret around with hidden treasures just waiting to be seen by the right shopper.
