I dropped my Grand Cherokee Summit L off in the morning. Matthew and Carmen were very pleasant and helpful. I was sent a video of the inspection and everything was fine. The two recalls were checked, oil was changed, and the alignment was checked and adjusted to spec. The Jeep was ready mid day for pick up.
When I came to pick up my Jeep, Matthew went over everything about the appointment. It was a pleasurable experience.

Leasing and servicing my Pacifica minivan from them. Wonderful experience so far but this is my first experience with this dealership and we are only a few months in. Very attentive, kind and understanding. It's a beautiful and newly built dealership in Canton, CT and worth checking out.

My most recent experience was at first not so great, it was a stressful situation with a newer truck and a possibly huge repair but, I do have to say, they really pulled out all the stops to make it better. They bent over backward to help me get my truck back lightning fast with a pretty major repair. After the first few bumps in the road, it was extremely smooth sailing, and the truck is running good as new (they even got the petrified french fries out from between the seats!) Thank you Matt in the service department and everyone who helped get me back on the road. 100% recommend!

Video is always great. Unfortunately for me, this time, I did not open my emails. If I had I would have ordered three of the four items that were recommended.

Im not one to write reviews but was so impressed with my transaction at Mitchells I wanted to share with others. As you all know going car shopping is not something we look forward to. We have to listen to all the sales pitches like.."end of month clearance" , "my spouse has the same exact car", "at least 3 other people have their eyes on this car", or the ever favorite, "that car just sold but we have others". I have been looking for 4 months for a truck and I saw a nice Dodge Ram online at Mitchell's. I emailed and got a response from Kiley. Right away she was very helpful and no sales pitch whatsoever. Even sent me a few additional pics of the truck. I told her the drive there was well over an hour and i wanted to make sure the truck was still available and there were no issues with it. She assured me positively to both. So we made the drive down. We were met by Kiley who introduced us to Chris in the sales dept. Chris was so pleasant and we could tell he did his research on the truck showing us all its features and answered all our questions. We were still waiting some clever sales pitch or someone just put a down payment on it line but NOTHING of the sort. Long story short... Not only would we recommend Mitchells but we will be visiting next time we are in need of a vehicle..even though its well over an hour drive. Thanks for making our purchase a pleasant one!!!!
