Steve and the team are the best! I was stranded in a stressful situation without brakes. These guys took me in immediately, resolved my issue and had me back on the road in record time. I was so impressed by their professionalism, honesty, expertise and level of quality service that I am considering coming here from New Haven to get my car serviced moving forward. They are – seriously – THAT good.

Wonderful service! Well recommended from friends, I would trust these guys to diagnose and repair almost anything after seeing how quickly they could solve a mystery with my car that no one else could. Very professional and a delight to work with. I enjoyed their texting feature which one can use to tell the mechanics about any weird noises or specifics about the car and receive updates

I took a day off to take care of some things, I needed service on my car but couldn't find any help from my usual car repair shop. I stopped by Spring Street Service Center; they took the time to do my repairs and were very considerate to me. I appreciate the service, understanding and the value. Thank you, I will be back ☺

We were in search of a honest and reputable repair center. Luckily, we found this place based upon their 5 star reviews. From the first call w/Steve, we felt this could potentially be our new service center. Steve was professional, friendly and very helpful with our situation. He followed up with the repair quote in a timely manner, and was able to deliver our car as promised. The entire experience was seamless and we would highly recommend this place!!

I've been using Spring Street for 3 to 4 years now, very nice employees, I told them I got a pot hole they double checked my tires and rims to make sure there was no damage, they go the extra mile with their care.

Very good service, does the work I need and nothing else, explains what they are doing if I have a specfic request and how much the cost will be.

I would highly recommend Spring Street Service Center. I called in to make an appointment for an oil change and for them to look at an issue with my tail light. They made an appointment for me with in 2 business days. Found out I needed A new light fixture was able to find one cheaper then going to the dealer and did the install all in the same time. I’m externally happy with the work they did and how they but the effort in to find me the best deal. Also I worked with Steve who was very friendly and helpful.

They took our car in promptly, diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. My car is running great! I highly recommend!

While my concern could not be replicated (transmission related) service personnel found another issue, wheel balance. The Customer Service alerted me to the extreme variance of the wheels balance among the four tires. Wheel balance last touched by dealership 😟. Tires installed at Walmart Chicopee😕

After losing my mechanic of almost 50 years, I started going to Spring Street Service Center. Very professional, pleasant to work with, and reasonably priced. They don't try to talk me into fixing things that are not needed. Instead they make me aware of the issues, and let me decide when to fix them myself. Very refreshing!

I had a really great experience here. I just needed my tires rotated and a general inspection. They did just that and didn’t charge extra for anything else. They were honest about what my car needs for the future and sent an inspection link to read on my phone. Very concise. Everyone seemed very friendly in there and the waiting room has cozy couches and coffee. I will recommend this place to my friends.

I have been coming here for about a year for my oil change and routine inspection and it’s been nothing but a great experience every time! Steve in the front is very responsive, understanding and a pleasure to speak with. Excellent service. Even got my car back early. They did a really good job with my car.

Started having issues with me 2012 Honda Civic. Called and spoke to Steve who was able to get me in the very next day when other shops couldn't see me for over 2 weeks. Thank you to Steve and the whole team for the excellent communication and help over the years. We've been using Spring St. Auto since we moved here 15 years ago. Consistent honest expert repairs. We let them put a whole new engine in my Toyota and they did a great job. They're also good at fixing volkswagens and do careful detailed work. Totally satisfied with all the work and care they've given us over the years.

My husband & I both needed some pretty significant repairs to our vehicles within the past month. They got both of us in right away. Our cars were both fixed within a day. There was straightforward, no funny business. This is definitely our new go to for maintaining & repairing our vehicles. Great service all-around!
*** UPDATE! Spring Street Service Center saved us $2000! We absolutely recommend them. We have gone to them many times with our older vehicles & they have saved us a lot of $$. Integrity should be in neon letters on their sign. Thank you, Spring Street!
