i purchased my wife's engagement ring and also our wedding bands from anderson jewelers a few years ago. i cracked my wedding band, it is tungsten and little did i know it's a very brittle metal. i went back to anderson to purchase a new one and to my surprise i was informed by george agnelli, the owner, that my ring had a lifetime warranty!! within 7 days i had my replacement free of charge!! i highly recommend anderson for not only their quality of merchandise but their professionalism and honesty!!

This is the best of the best jewelry store. It is family owned and very honest and great quality in jewelry. They are truly wonderful. If you have gold 🪙 that you don't want they will buy it. If you bring your extra gold they can melt it down and make anything out of it. They also have Pandora products. If you want great service and honest individuals don't hesitate to go her. Very professional and knowledgeable! I got my ring re-sized until it could fit my finger. Unfortunately, the resizing erased the original engraving on the ring, but they re engraved it for no extra cost! They proceeded to customize my ring until it fit and met my expectations. Highly recommend.

Best place around the owner is so honest and fair he went above and beyond as much as giving me my money back after he worked on my watch put his battery in it and came to find out my watch had a short he explained what to do and I was beyond please such a stand up company you have to check them out you will be so happy and all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about everything there thanks again

I need something fix this morning so I stoped here and I was sitting in the car waiting for this place to open when I notice someone opening the door I yelled out and the guy came over and ask how can I help you I told him about my problem and he looked at it told me he'll be back they didn't even open yet and he helped me with my repairs it's a Beautiful place with beautiful people I highly recommended I'm very thankful.

I had such a great first time experience at Anderson Jewelers. I went in to quote the price to shorten an amethyst bracelet and make the extra links into a matching earring and necklace set. I was nervous because I was initially quoted over $400 for this job from a jeweler in Hartford. Anderson Jewelers quoted me a very reasonable price (much much less) and explained the whole process, along with the possible risk of discoloration from heating up sterling silver. When I picked it up I couldn't see any discoloration, they did an amazing job. And the final price was even lower than the original quote. I would definitely recommend Anderson Jewelers and will be returning for future business.
