I’ve eaten here many times over the years and can’t believe I haven’t left a review! It’s always a fun time to stop in here for drinks and apps. The Brussels sprouts are always so tasty, and the tater tots are perfect and phenomenal.

I somehow always end up getting the salmon salad because it’s just so yummy, and I def recommend it. This time too I tried the fried avocado and it was absolutely delish, also get this as an app.

Clearly, this place is an outstanding modern American eatery that masterfully combines creativity with culinary excellence. From the moment we stepped onto the inviting outdoor patio and into the tranquil, contemporary interior, it was clear we were in for a special evening.

The menu at Bin 228 is remarkably comprehensive, catering to an array of palates with its extensive selection of drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. The drink options deserve particular accolades—whether your preference lies with wine, beer, cocktails, or mocktails, Bin 228 offers a remarkable variety. The mocktails impressed us in particular, presenting a creative, flavorful alternative that rivals their alcoholic counterparts in both taste and aesthetic appeal.

Appetizers were both innovative and satisfying, perfectly setting the stage for the main courses. These dishes continued to impress with their variety, exquisite presentation, and deep, rich flavors.

It’s important to note that Bin 228 falls on the higher end of the price spectrum, but in return we got an exceptional, inventive culinary experience that highlights the quality and creativity of contemporary American cuisine.

This place is definitely added to our list. We love! The waiter (Caleb) was super nice and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing! The pretzel 🥨❤, the octopus 🐙 was very fresh and good 👍🏻 the dumplings well, they were gone in 5 minutes! Everything was great! The patio really nice, umbrellas for shade, definitely 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon to enjoy happy hour with two others. We got there around 4:30pm and were happy to be able to get a seat at the high top tables. The happy hour menu changes often so I wouldn't bother trying to find it online, and they sure do have a lot of options!
There are wine, beer and cocktail options as well as many small plates. The regular menu also has some good sized appetizers to share with folks.
I recommend the taro fries and the piri piri muscles! They were delicious.
Our waitress was friendly and the food came out quickly. Overall a great time and recommend a stop in.

The food is delicious here! We loved our time so much that we decided to do one of their 5 course dinners with wine and it was to die for! Everything with the exception of dessert (since they opted for Nutella and toast instead of what was on the menu) was quite delightful. The wine options were exquisite for each of the food pairings. I would definitely return for one of these events!

Great drinks, apps and service. One of our favorite spots in town. Street corn and dumplings are 2 of our favorites.

Favorite place for a light meal in Glastonbury. Food is generally very good and the service is great...and all reasonably priced. Had the mussels today with a lovely Spanish white. Really excellent!

Eating outside on a spectacular warm mid-day was great. On street but not very noisy. Superior wait staff and hostess. I would go again.

Plain and simple, great and often unique food options, drinks, and outstanding service. Nice vibe without being hectic, at prime times. Picture is of the cod taco, just one of a number of a la carte tacos / menu items offered at HH.

This place is good. The wait can sometimes be long but it's worth the wait. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently good. They have good drinks too. Make sure to try their Piggy Back Dates. It's medjool dates stuffed with gorgonzola and wrapped in bacon. It's delicious! And they have a great happy hour menu too with cheap food and cheap drinks.

I was with a group of 10 and, for the most part, we had the room to ourselves. Everyone raved about their food, and we had the best waitress who gave us fabulous service. She gave us separate checks, too. Well definitely go back.

Always a consistently great meal! They have the best fish tacos I’ve had. Nice outdoor seating area. I would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere for a date or just hanging out with friends. The home made "bourboncello" is good! I'll definitely visit again to try all the cocktail options. You can get wine flights, beer flights, and bourbon flights.

I didn't get a chance to taste any of the food although the men you looked really good. I sat at the bar and met a colleague of mine for a couple of drinks. Very friendly bar staff in the even had me taste a different brand of gin. I'll definitely go back

My sisters and I had a great lunch. Food and service was excellent! Our bearded waiter (can't remember the name), went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The banana bread pudding was superb!

Loved this place . Their food was excellent had lot of vegetarian options for me . Their service was good . Just the place can be loud on certain days .

Have you Bin? This is one of my favorite restaurants in Glastonbury. The food is delicious and the wine list is great. On Tuesday night's, it's 50% off bottles... They regularly have risotto specials which are so delicious!

The food was exceptional, and appropriately priced. From beginning to end this restaurant was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a while. We were fortunate to have Dani as our server. We look forward to returning here hungry for more.
