Does anyone answer the phones? I have tried several times- various days and various times and get absolutely nothing.
I was under the impression the VA system was fixed or at least we improved!!! Maybe they should start by maybe answering their phones?????

Maybe all the phones are always broken, but I have never been able to get a live person on the phones. I have left multiple messages for Dawn Waldron and received 0 call backs. I would give 0 stars for the 0 assistance I have received if I was able to.

This is the worse VA office in all of New England. I never thought the stories of how veterans were treated upon exit was true until my dealings with the people here. I see why Veterans are petitioning people not to serve. All I wanted was aid in education but I’ve lost time and money due to this office with there lack of discipline and failure to complete task.
