I recently ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift for a relative. Only communicated with them via email and phone until I went in to pick up the finished product. Very courteous and convenient! In addition when I picked up, they gave me a second shirt because of a slight flaw in the first product. Terrific service! I recommend!
