We used Glastonbury Carpet twice for projects in our home, the first time went well the second did not. During our most recent experience we had carpet installed which after only 2 years was not holding up well. We contacted Glastonbury Carpet who instructed us to have the carpet cleaned which they would cover the cost for doing and even recommended a carpet cleaner. We had the carpet cleaned and then they declined paying for the cleaning leaving me with the bill which was over $200. We will not be using them again for carpeting due to poor customer service.
