I was very pleased that they were able to take my vehicle on time and the service was provided in a timely manner. I enjoyed relaxing in their lounge, as you can see. I took my hybrid car here for emissions testing after it 'failed' at another station that couldn't get the test to run on their computer. Here they had a dedicated lane just for emissions testing and my car passed after waiting maybe 10 minutes. The technician told me why the first station couldn't figure out how to test hybrids, so the Scata technician was definitely knowledgable, yay!

Scatas, as usual, was quick and accurate in diagnosing my car's problem. They showed me the issue and explained clearly ways the address it can be resolved. I am happy with their work and pricing.

I visited this shop, without an appointment, to get my car emissions test. The lobby was clean, the coffee was hot, and the staff was very professional. The test took 10 minutes. I have been overcharged by my fair share of repair shops in my life. I am not experienced with cars. That being said I am impressed with their honesty. The price was very affordable for all the repairs that were needed. They gave various options and even recommended I take my car to a specialty shop that would charge less for once of the repairs that was needed.

Went in Saturday for emissions and was greeted promptly. I was told it would take a few minutes so I sat down in the waiting room and and in about 5 minutes my car was done. Very nice service technician! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the great service!

Little more than an hour but very professional, had oil change ,tire rotation ,and they checked all fluid levels left me very confident my nissan maxima was in good hands

Dropped my car off for an oil change and to have my rims & tires checked. They came highly recommended by my son. They did exactly what I needed and were very nice to work with.

I came in for an Emissions test after Firestone in Enfield told me I'd have to wait at least 90 minutes to get it done there! The test was effortless at Scata's. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I was even able to watch my car enter and exit the testing area with a screen they had up in the waiting room. I will be back there again!

I cannot thank this place enough! Life savor!!! We depend upon our cars so much...almost like our legs for walking that we don't even realize that when we don't have them how much trouble it truly can be. I drove down a bad road and quickly had two nails stuck in front tire and two in the back. I am so apprehensive of trying new places so I called my trusted places in which none of them could fix the same day. This place not only had taken me in on the same day to repair both tires but also prices were very reasonable and work is outstanding. I'd highly recommend Scatas to all my friends and family! Convenient and reliable!

I have 6 years previous experience working in a service department for a major car company. I have 8 years experience working for a tire wholesaler. I'm no longer in the car business but took both my vehicles here for flats they not once have tried to pressure or upsell me. Instead they gave me an awesome quote and great service by squeezing me in. Also the first flat they actually repaired rather than selling me on a tire because it was a patchable tread puncture.

Highly recommended. I love these guys and gal. Can't say that about too many repair shops I have been to. A++
