Disability Determination Services

I have attempted to contact my case worker since June 5, 2023 and never received a return phone call, email or letter. It has been 7 months and almost 200 days with no decision. I have sent all my paperwork that they requested and even paperwork they did not request. This is not only disappointing but disrespectful. It also why people hire lawyers for their disability.

Won’t return months worth of phone calls, and keeps sending mail to an old address after calling twice to change it.

I'm permanent disability from trauma brain injury(TBI) and over years now someone call to find out if I can go back to work, that call sent my anxiety up. Apart from TBI, I have irregular heartbeat, arthritis in knees, wrist, gout and all, so I'm going to call them back and get him my Physician name and number she'll tell him. I went through the same with Social Security and I went it with all my paperworks.

Whenever you call they don't answer the telephone.

They’re absolutely terrible. There is no follow up at all unless you stalk them. For two months they lied and said they never received my medical records only to find out from medical record that they had my records for two months and have been dragging their feet. I’m in heart failure and homeless with two children sleeping in a car now at this point from waiting. If you’re in CT and become disabled MOVE TO ANOTHER STATE.

I have been blowing up there phone since July and no response like wow worst communication skills and the vm is even worst they don’t return no calls back they need a new system

I’ve been calling for days no one answers and when they do answer they tell me a supervisor will call me back
