Deep Roots Street Food

We have been going to deep roots for a long time now! For the most part, we loooove this food. I always get the hairdresser salad and it's 10/10. There was a rough period during 2021/22 where the quality was hit or miss, maybe change in chefs etc, but it's back to being top notch again. Highly reccomend trying if you're in the area.

This is such a gem of a place! Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and the place was not crowded. Food was delivered promptly. We had the Turkish Berliner wrap, Chicken Pot Pie soup, Spanakopita, and Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. This place is close to Maple View Farms, so if you're headed to their brewery, stop at Deep Roots Street Food and get some food to go!

We were in the area visiting the Air Museum and googled nearby places for lunch… so glad this place came up on our search! We stopped by for lunch and ice cream. The falafel wrap was amazing.. fresh veggies and falafel tasted great. My husband got the same but with chicken and he loved it. Will definitely be back again for the wraps. Highly recommend if in the area!

Fantastic spot. The “Hairdresser Salad” is amazing. Had ice cream next door after lunch, which was just as great. The decor and overall atmosphere is very chill and you can tell whoever owns/runs this place are not interested in doing things “plain Jane” way:) great job guys

My friend and I had food delivered so I can't speak to a dine in experience, but our food was delicious! My friend had the Hairdresser salad and loved it. I had the falafel wrap and would absolutely order it again! Overall a great choice, highly recommended!

On our way to Bradley Airport saw this place and glad we did. Very eclectic menu. I had a crispy eggplant wrap with tzatziki sauce. Excellent! Ice cream for dessert that was to die for!! Definitely check this place out!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and Ah-mazing food.
Tomato bisque soup was smooth and delicious along with a yummy grilled cheese. I would definately come back again.
Grass roots ice cream was so creamy too!

Tried this spot for takeout lunch and loved it!! I ordered the hairdresser salad but swapped for chicken instead of the shaved beef/ lamb. The salad was delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. And a large portion too. Make sure you save room for Grassroots Ice Cream!

We loved this phoritta wrap with crispy tofu and the chicken egg rolls with chili sauce delicious! So glad we found them. Hopefully they’ll go back to dine in soon

Really interesting menu, there's an item for everyone on the menu. The Döner is really good, they also have a nice variety of local sodas. Really quick service there, you order first then sit down.

This place is a gem! The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the place itself is comfortable and relaxing. Don't miss the ice cream as well...creative and delicious!

Food and ice cream is incredible. Particularly love the non-dairy chocolate ice cream, it’s the best I’ve ever had. Small menu which is a good thing because it’s all done so well.

If you want a healthy, good clean meal and great service, this is the place .

Enjoyed my experience here. Got a pulled pork Mac n cheese and at first glance, I thought it was going to be a small portion, but ohh boy it was not. It was delicious too. I've seen reviews saying it was tasteless and there was no cheese in the Mac, but this is also untrue. If you actually mix it up, there is a nice covering of the cheese as well as the pulled pork/sauce. Very delicious.
I can see this being a place to go to treat myself once and a while, since I'm not from the area.
Service was very friendly and kind, very prompt too. My Mac n cheese came out very quickly.

Everything was fresh, good service and in a good location, easy parking. Also a place to get ice cream.

First time eating at Deep Roots Street Food. We ordered the beef and lamb gyro. All of the ingredients were fresh, from the meat, to the pita bread, lettuce, tomato, feta, onion, herbs and the tiziki sauce. The home made chips were great too! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be coming back. Next time we will try their ice cream.

Great food and service. Reasonable prices and a relaxing place to stop for a bite with friends and family.

Excellent food. Was my first time so i cant compare to what the prices were previously but i didnt feel that it was unfair. Mcdonalds or anything for that matter isn't much cheaper now adays anyways lol. Plus, the customer service was good too which unfortunately isn't as common in the food business.

Amazing food & super friendly staff! The management & owners are so down to earth. It really feels like they thought about our community’s family fun night & packed it into one beautiful spot! Perfect outdoor seating, healthy food, lovely downtown views & space for the kids to safely play! Sophisticated, yet fun & relaxed vibe!! I tell everyone I know to visit & how great this place truly is! This is my family’s go-to spot in the area!!

Would always order the Bahn Mi when it came with pork by default. It is now an extra $4 to add protein, almost $20 after tax for a pretty simple sandwich and chips.

Quality is still great, and menu includes unique foods for Granby.
