We have had the most wonderful experience with Swede's Jewelers. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and extremely helpful. Amy helped my husband select new rings for me for Christmas. They needed to be resized and I made a couple of changes along the way. She was patient and very helpful. We will continue to shop at Swede's and will be recommending them to others. Their professionalism and attention to each customer is truly outstanding.

Swedes has been my go-to jeweler for as long as i have been alive. They are extremely welcoming and helpful to anybody who walks in. They will not judge anyone based off attitude or appearance like some of the larger “chain” jewelry stores will. I have always been prioritized as a customer when i go there and you will be too. Cannot recommend enough. Also have to mention their estate case is a revolving door of elegant and unique vintage pieces.

I went here with my husband on June 11, 2024, to confirm if a ring I was going to buy from a private seller was real. They didn’t charge me a thing and the woman that helped us was amazing. She listened, was caring, very helpful, and understanding. I am so impressed by this store, I will be coming back here for all of my future jewelry purchases. Customer service was top tier and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. I will no longer shop at the big box stores, they’ve got me sold.

I have shopped here for many years and the staff at Swede's Jewelers are very personal and patient. A family run jewelry store who take pride in what they do! Their prices are affordable and their inventory is plentiful! I have had repairs done with them as well and the cost of the repairs were reasonable and the turn around time was fairly quick. A special shout out to Amy. Amy has helped me with a few personal design pieces. She took the time to research items based on my needs and ideas, and drew up plans so I could get a visual of what I wanted. We had a few back and forth discussions regarding the design, and Amy was persistent on working with me until we found the perfect design. Once my order was placed for this special design, I received my item within 6 weeks. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I wouldn't shop any where else for jewelry or repairs. Swede's Jewelers are worth it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My fiance has purchased several pieces of jewelry for me including my engagement ring. We recently bought our wedding bands from Swedes. Their selection is classic and a little unique. Not what you would find in your chain retail store. I can't say enough about how wonderful and friendly the employees are. This is a small family owned business and it shows in the personal attention they give the customer.

A few diamonds fell out of my 2 eternity bands. I brought to Swedes to replace, the rings look like new. When picking these up I saw a bracelet I really liked. Swedes ordered me the white gold. Great service and I love my new bracelet!

This is not your run of the mill store where clerks have the standard selection of jewelry that their ‘chain’ of stores keep in stock. Instead these folks are actual jewelers. They can customize anything that you desire. Plus they have pieces that they’ve created and quite a bit of estate jewelry. It’s not cheap; but it is quality.

Stan designed a ring for my fiancee using stones from one of my Mom's diamond rings and smaller diamonds from my Dad's award tie clips from work.

It came out absolutely amazing. A million thanks to everyone at Swedes and a tip of my hat to Stan. Your patience, professionalism and advise was awesome.

Annette initially helped me to select the perfect engagement ring. She went above and beyond to make sure the diamond was the right cut and grade and even took me outside with different diamonds to show how the light interacted with each cut, I learned so much! The day finally came for me to propose and she said yes!! She loved everything about the ring and couldn't be happier!

Fast forward 4 months later, Annette once again stepped up to the plate to help us find our perfect wedding rings. She's so patient and kind.
