Good Ole Tom's

Yesterday went to good ol Tom’s, sat with Wanda, what a wonderful, wonderful lady. Very patient answered a lot of my questions, they bought the jewelry that I brought in and I was very pleased with the amount that I received. There were also two other ladies there, who also answered my questions again very patient and pleasant. Thank you so much for your customer service!!

This account under husbands name, but I did meet very kind , helpful ladies today at Good Ole Tom's, their knowledge helped me understand how to test gold and silver properly, and they cleaned my rings for me , they look brand new !!! I will always be back to trade in my goods, I went years ago, and the impeccable service has not changed one bit ! Thank you

I had some gold jewelry and sold to Good Ole Toms and got a really great price I was surprised. So I found some more at home and decided to check out another very popular pawn store, they offered me a good amount but then I asked what’s the cost of gold today? The guy didn’t even know! He looked it up and it went up from prior day but he didn’t offer a new price so I went back to Good Ole Toms and they offered $40 more.
If I didn’t ask that guy the price for that day I would have just thought it was a good deal and took it but I knew I wasn’t getting the best deal.
Megan and the other lady that work in East Hartford are so friendly and really go over each piece so you know what you’re selling and getting. I will definitely go back, it was a great experience.

My adult daughter had some baby jewelry she no longer wanted. I brought it to Good Ole Toms and got some money for it. Made my daughter’s day! I’ve used them before and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Very very friendly. My only problem (which is not really a problem) but issue is that they pay in a check instead of cash, no big deal, just extra time having to go to the bank to cash, once again not that big of a deal (bank less than 5 min away in stop and shop - Peoples United- which does stay open late most nights) other than that, Good Ole Tom's are my kind of people... Would recommend over and over again

Made a trip to Good Ole Tom's today.
I first called as I had a question on what I was trying to sell. I spoke to an individual that was professional and polite!!. When I got to the store I was greeted and asked what they could do to help. To be honest I was unsure what to expect but was delighted with the service and the young lady thst worked with me! Thanks Good Ole Tom!

I went to Goodole Tom with my unwanted gold and silver. I met with this young man Daniel and young lady Megan and the service they provided me was exceptional. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave me the top/best price compared to 3 different other places around that I went to. Went to good ole Toms with some old silverware that was collecting dust and left with $600 ! They're alright in my books. Thanks again good ole Toms for helping my family with our Florida fund! Sunshine never felt better considering it was payed for buy unused flatware :)

The staff at Good Ole Toms was very attentive, friendly and very fair. The space was clean and inviting and the overall experience was great! I will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure.

On Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020, I visited the Hamden,CT Store of Good Ole Tom's and the visit was very nice. Exceeding my expectations, the place was bright, cheerful, and had friendly helpful staff. I was in the Hamden Plaza area and discovered a store in the same shopping plaza I was visiting. I remember seeing their commercials on TV. I decided to enter, and I was happy I did. The visit left a very positive impression and looking forward to visiting again soon. I saw a very nice selection of Jewelry, U.S. and World coins, sculptures, and other very nice collectibles. I bought a few foreign coins for my collection and although it was a rather small purchase, I enjoyed the visit. The staff was able to show me different areas of the store, and if I wanted something, they help me. I recommend this place - a cheerful, relaxing environment and not being rushed at all!

I purchased a 2009 United States Mint Silver Proof Set and 2009 Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Proof Silver Dollar Deep Cameo from them, having ordered it online via Collectors Corner. They shipped on the same day they received the order and I received them the next day via USPS Priority Mail in perfect condition. I would gladly do business with them again.

Shopped a bracelet around that was handed down to me. Out of the 6 local shops Good Ol Toms were the only ones that didn't want to play games and gave me the most money. They beat a few stores by hundreds of dollars...Won't go anywhere else for now on!!
