I had a great experience with SK Lavery. Needed a new dishwasher (a specific Kitchen Aid model) and knew what i wanted to pay for it. I Called numerous places (including Holloways who pissed me off) and they were the only ones who said "ya we can do that" at the price i wanted to pay...all done over the phone in about 2 minutes.

I stopped in to purchase a full set of appliances for new house. Jeremy was extremely helpful in pointing out the best black Friday deals and great rebates! The showroom was very clean well stocked and another fully stocked showroom in basement. Easy scheduling for delivery the following week. Jeremy also printed out my rebates so everything was all together for me to mail in. Highly recommend this business!

I LOVE MY NEW REFRIGERATOR…

After searching high and low for the refrigerator that best suited our needs, and not finding what we were looking for, I saw the TV ad for SK Lavery.

From my initial telephone inquiry, to the reasonable pricing, to the excellent customer service by Jeremy Seip, as well as the two delivery men that took away our old refrigerator, hooked up our new refrigerator, and asked if we had any questions, it was a pleasure working with all of them. They will be our go-to store from now on.

I had a great experience at the Glastonbury store recently. I was greeted and asked if I needed help by a very knowledgeable sales associate who was able to assist me in picking out new kitchen appliances . They really know their stuff and I would highly recommend shopping with them.

great experience so far ! I left a voicemail with 2 products i was looking for and they called me back almost immediately. They had 1 in stock which all the other big box stores could not get till next year and the other is on order with fingers crossed will get towards the end of the month. That's common anywhere so no surprise there. Eric price matched the Stove with what the big box stores where offering and the refrigerator was the same price as them. Hope everything else goes smoothly too !

We had the best experience with Eric here in Glastonbury! He took exceptional care of us, their appliances were competitively priced and customer service was the best we have ever received. They made shopping for a new stove, cook top and microwave so simple and not stressful. Eric’s attention to detail went way beyond what we have ever gotten at Lowe’s Hone Depot or Best Buy. We will never buy appliances anywhere else again. This was such a pleasant experience.

Bought a gas stove/electric oven. Very happy with customer service. They delivered stove to my garage because I wasn't ready for it yet. When gas line was completed they came back and installed in kitchen. The installers where very professional and efficient.

I can’t say enough positive things about SK Lavery, their manager Eric and sales rep, Ryan! I recently purchased a dishwasher from them and although no fault of theirs the machine was defective. The manufacturer was making the experience miserable. When The store manager got involved he got the issues resolved very quickly and was highly responsive to my problem. You don’t get this type of service from one of those box stores! So glad that I chose them and this will definitely be my store for all other future appliance purchases!

Great service! Navigating the purchase of a replacement microwave became somewhat confusing. They were able to simplify the process, offered us a great (competitive) price, and gave us a super quick install date. Glad we decided to stop in to this appliance store!

I had my washer/dryer unit delivered and installed today. From the start of the process with the salesman, Will, to the end result, everything went smoothly. I told Will what I was looking for he went over the options and differences between units. The delivery guys called me when they were on their way. They made sure everything was working and asked if I had any questions. The whole experience was so much better than going to a big box store. I will be going back to them when I remodel my kitchen for sure.

So I waited a good 6 months to put up a review. I have to say Mike at S.K in Glastonbury gave me a great recommendation on a dish washer and it has exceeded expectations. Much better experience talking with someone knowledgeable rather than trying to pick one up online. Will be back for other appliances!

Today we bought our 3rd appliance from S.K. Lavery in Glastonbury and once again, they proved to us that going with them was the best choice. Bill Bowers helped us and really did his all-out best to make us happy. We had to replace an Electrolux front loader we purchased there less than 2 years ago but that was no fault of Lavery's. Bill went out of his way to help us pick a suitable replacement and offered us a deal that softened the blow. Thanks, Bill! We'll gladly refer you to anyone who needs a new appiance.

S. K. Lavery and store manager Eric are why you buy local and avoid big box stores! After a disappointing experience trying to resolve a problem with Kitchen Aide, I went back to Lavery (bought this appliance 4 years ago) and stated my case to Eric. He not only commiserated with me but he also found a solution. Kitchen Aide’s answer to me was, “We can’t. “ Eric’s answer was, “Let’s try. “ He did, he was successful and we couldn’t be happier.

Walked and got service right away. Price of stove comparable with other store. Excellent experience. Very pleased.

They have a great showroom where you can take your time and browse. If you need an appliance, this is the place to go.

Looked for propane free standing stove with no requirement for wired electricity. This was necessary for off grid cottage. SK Lavery had exactly what I needed for between $100 and $350 less than the same stove online.

Needed to replace a thru wall a/c unit during hot weather. They provided the exact fit replacement very quickly, did a great install, removed the old one and all at very competitive price. Very satisfied. Highly recommend them.
