We just purchased a 2015 Ford explorer here. I've been online looking for a car for a while and was nervous about getting into a payment. As soon as I hit send to the pre-approval, I got a text saying it was being reviewed and someone will get back to me. We got approved and everything was set up and ready by the time it took us to take the drive. Bailey was super nice and professional. She helped us understand the loan and also helped us get a warranty 🙌. The cherry on top is she's bilingual! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting a car.

My wife and I went there to buy a car for her and for a dealership and Hartford which are known to be the worst to go to this one was by the far the best to go to BAILEY was amazing. She got the job done she even respected our decision if we chose to withdraw and return our deposit in full and you know a lot of dealerships in Hartford they don’t want to get back deposits they want to keep them, but she made the deal go through by contacting different banks. Granted we didn’t get to get gap coverage and warranty. It was worth having BAILEY definitely got the job done and made things happen. She is one of the best assets of that owner by far and I even met the owner was really friendly and professional , I would recommend anyone to go to this place even for commercial vehicles as a deal in commercial vehicles

We live 2.5hours away. I reached out and spoke to Bailey about the potential purchase, she happily supplied all the info I was looking for, it was a pleasant professional interaction. A few days later we ventured down to CT to view the car, it was exactly as depicted in the photos and as they presented it on the telephone. Bailey was not pushy at all, extremely professional and got us a plate followed by a really good choice of "test loop". We liked the car but had another to look at, Rocky(owner) introduced himself, I explained we were going to look at another car before deciding. He encouraged us to do so in a professional manner. We did and came back to purchase. Rocky and Bailey were both very efficient in the transactional part of the deal. The car was cleaned again(was already immaculatte, paper work was all done, Bailey reviewed the forms, maded sure we had everything we needed and we left within an hour of the agreement. The team at Franklin made it very easy to do business with them. I highly recommend you consider them for your next purchase.
