Cycling Concepts went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping me purchase a new bike and an indoor training setup. Keith patiently helped me every step of the way and answered all the questions I had with respect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer they treated me like I was a regular and have been shopping there for years. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you Keith and Cycling Concepts!

Shopped around the northeast for a bike and found one at Cycling Concepts, called and spoke with Keith, made a deposit over the phone and picked up the bike a few days later. Very responsive and customer service at bike pick-up was top-notch. Keith and the shop took extra steps to cut down the seat post to ensure a good fit before we walked out the door.

Drove in looking specifically for a Cervelo dealer/retailer because my local bike shops couldn’t figure out why my saddle was loose.

The gentleman took my bike and fixed it within a matter of minutes and explained to me how to fix it if it ever happens again. They didnt charge me as well- thank you and Ill be swinging by again!!!!

As a once upon a time serious cyclist who decided to get back into it 30 years later, I found Keith and Cycling Concepts extremely helpful on my journey! Not only did they have in stock the Cannondale I was searching for (the only one I could find in CT!), but Keith was generous with his time in updating me on the improvements in cycling gear over the past few decades. Although it was a bit of a car ride from my neck of the woods in northeats CT, I'll be going back soon for some more information and products. Great store! Thanks guys!

Excellent bike shop right in Glastonbury. The staff is helpful, with what seems like many years experience serving the cycling community, from people just getting into riding, all the way up to serious racer types. I was also pleasantly surprised to see just how many bikes they had for sale on the floor during the pandemic, when so many other shops seemed so low.

Keith and his team from Cycling Concepts were incredibly professional, personable and most importantly knowledgeable of their products. After visiting 2 other bike shops it was clear Cycling Concepts prioritized great customer service. Keith informed us of a manufacturers sale prior to test ride. Overall great experience!

This has been my favorite bicycle shop for many years. I purchased my bike here in 2016 and have returned several times for routine maintenance, parts, gear and for a bike fit. Not only have I been really pleased with the overall quality of the products, the team is fast, courteous and everything is fairly priced. The store owner, Keith, is generous with his time patiently answering questions and offering advice.

One of my favorite things about the store is that they took the time to listen to my goals and answered questions honestly about the relative merrits of different bicycles based on my needs. They never tried to upsell me and I 100% trust them to work on my bike. If they say something needs replacing, I completely trust that to be true and they always do a great job.

Finally, due to an old injury, riding my bike was causing shoulder pain. After discussing the problem with Keith, he did a bike fit for me. He charged significantly less than the competition for the fit and more importantly, my shoulder no longer seizes up from a bike ride. The store is twice as far as several bike shops that are closer to my house, but going to Cycling Concepts is well worth the drive and I will remain a loyal customer.

Keith was wonderful to work with! He stayed late on a Saturday evening to do a bike fitting for me as I have a challenging work schedule. Although Keith wasn't sure what was causing my legs to become numb while riding, he had a bunch of ideas to help me out. I'm delighted to say that all of these changes greatly helped and I can ride without any pain. I would highly recommend Keith and Cycling Concepts for any of your cycling needs!

I recently bought a specialize status. The staff was incredible. They let me to try the bike out how I typically ride, they matched the website pricing after specialize created a sale and provide great service. The bike is amazing for the price definitely going back and suggest everyone else to use that bike shop.

I was looking to upgrade my old road bike as I've been finally riding more and quickly realized this is the worst time to buy a new bike in a common size (56cm). Many shops were telling me it would be over a year wait! I stopped in to see what they had and talked to Phil and Keith (among others) who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I told them what I rode now, what I was looking for from an upgrade perspective and lucked out as they had the perfect bike (Roubaix Sport) for what I was looking for in stock, in my size. Keith was very responsive and helpful in person and via email. When I went back 2 days later to buy the bike, everyone was helpful in getting the bike fit correct, the proper accessories (new shoes, bottle cages, computer/light mount, etc.) and not once did they try to sell me something I didn't really need. After my first 2 rides, I had a couple issues with the chain coming off so brought the bike in and they fixed it on the spot (just a couple adjustments needed; no way it could've been prevented). Highly recommend Keith and his team at Cycling Concepts and will be going to them for all my family and I's biking needs!

I needed a new bike for my daughter, and it has been really challenging to bike shop during the pandemic! I found a bike that I thought might work and called Cycling Concepts. Keith called me back at 7:30 that night, long after the shop was closed. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. He walked around the shop while he was on the phone with me, searching for the right bike and size. At one point, he was even looking in the basement! He found one, but I was not sure that the size was right for my growing daughter. The top end of the bike size was 5'6 1/2", and Keith said, "Hang on, I'm 5'7" and I'm going to get on and try it out for size." As we spoke , he tried it out and assured me that the sizing would work. We ordered it online that night and picked it up the next day. They came out to the curb, measured my daughter up next to it (socially distancing, of course!), adjusted the seat, and watched her ride it down the sidewalk. I couldn't ask for a better experience buying a bike at a time where we couldn't personally go in store and try them out. Keith at Cycling Concepts made the process easy and stress free, and my daughter is in love with her new Specialized Ariel Mechanical Disc bike!

I've gone to CC for about 3 years now on and off, and their service and turn-around time is always excellent. I've had flats repaired, chains replaced and maintenance done and its always been great and at a reasonable price. When I wanted fenders installed on my bike of a particular type, they took the time to help me go through the catalog and get the exact one I wanted. Definitely go to CC if you want great bike service!

This bike shop is outstanding. When I moved back to CT in the Fall, I started going to Cycling Concepts and the team there is amazing. Keith is always friendly, willing to help, and has so much expertise about cycling. The store organizes group rides and special events. They've done a great job servicing my Trek bike and my boyfriend just purchased a Specialized bike this past weekend. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Just picked up my old road bike from the shop after having the ultimate tune-up done. Everything looks new! It is hard to believe that under all that gunk were these shiny parts. The real proof of the great tune-up was in the ride.The smooth shifting and accurate breaking were spot on. Initially the service pricing seemed a bit high but after riding the bike I feel it was a great value. The mechanics did a great job on this and I highly recommend this shop for any bike servicing.

I just purchased a new bike from cycling concepts and went back for a different rack for my car. The owner, Keith, told me to continue using the one I have therefore passing up a sale. I love honest people and cannot say enough as to how this has made me a loyal customer going forward.. well worth my half hour ride to get there.

I like to walk into this shop just to take a look at the inventory. E Bikes are the big craze right now and it looks like we are going to be passed up a hill by a lot more in the near future. Staff is excellent. I have several bike shop favorites. This one is in my top two.

I love this bike shop. I was planning a bike trip to France and needed to refresh my experience changing a flat tire. Keith spent time showing me exactly what to do, and he also made sure I could remove and reseat my pedals. Good thing because our second day out my friend got a flat. Fortunately I knew what to do so we were able to fix it and get back on our way.

The staff is really helpful, and I never feel pressure to buy something I don't need. I recommend this shop to all of my friends

Best bike shop around hands down . Keith the owner is a great honest guy. Saunders is awesome and always helps me out, I’ve bought 5 bikes from these guys for me and my family. I would not go anywhere else. I live 35 minutes away and pass about 6 bike shops to go there . You will not be disappointed if you make this your bike shop
