Avantum Hospice Pharmacy

Only reason I'm continuing to use this pharmacy is because they are the ONLY one to supply the medication I need.

1.) Their auto-refill line only works half of the time.

2.) I typically order my refills at least a week in advance and I get the medication in time with no lapse. I called pharmacy today to see where my prescription was and was told it was not shipped but they will overnight it to me. Seems fair. I then get a call 10 mins later from another agent who said the medication was on back-order and they just received it today and they won't overnight it unless I pay for it. I told her to transfer me to a supervisor as I find this to be poor customer service. She transferred me to a man who apologized but offered me nothing and even said "I can understand if you no longer want to use our services after this." Really? Rather than fixing an issue you'd rather lose a customer? I told him I understand supply problems, but why wasn't I notified of this ahead of time? You can make this right by just spending the $30 to ship overnight? He was having none of it.

Takes a "LONG" time to get medicine and today when I called they said they are understaffed. IS THIS JUST NOW A PROBLEM??????BECAUSE FOR THE PAST YEAR IT TOOK THESE PEOPLE A SOILD WEEK TO FILL ANY OF MY ORDERS!

Don't even get me started on refills!
