Nicely maintained, large enclosed mall. Appears they have been successful at replacing quality stores that have failed, with new quality stores.
Legos has a nice presence.

Here to say that Cliff (hope i have the spelling) made a really unfortunate situation 10x better. He was a gem, so helpful, very kind and great at just chatting during the process. Thank you so much Cliff.

I had a great experience buying my MacBook Air. Audrey was friendly and helpful and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. C helped me with the setup process and it was easy. I was very satisfied!

I went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one on 4/17.....There were some issues and delays at no fault of Apple. After I was finally able to purchase the phone and moved on to transferring my data to my new phone, there was another issue. One of the workers name Ariel was very kind and eager to help. I was so stressed and mentally drained at this point, but Ariel really helped me to feel at ease and was able to swiftly fix the issue. He even continued to help me after the store had closed until the issue was resolved. I just wanted to give Ariel the recognition that he deserves, because he was helpful, kind, and made an extremely stressful situation not so stressful.

Tyrel was awesome and made my experience buying my first watch really fun. He shared some passions he enjoyed related to his Apple Watch and it helped me to make my decision. Thank you!

had to get a pad unlocked...techs are top notch...took about 15 mins after elderly parents locked themselves out..
learned alot...
making an appointment for this service is recomended....as they are busy....booking one is another chore...but worth the time saved in the store....

My experience with purchasing a new Iphone 15 was difficult at first. I found a single phone left in inventory at WF mall but couldn't purchase it on the website. I called Apple support and got excellent customer service. The rep was able to purchase for me and was ready for PU later that day at the mall store. when I got to the store, the order had not been processed yet. Although a bit frustrated I received excellent support from the store mgr who called and got everything straightened out. I was able to walk out of the store with my phone. cannot say enough about how well I was treated at this store. Excellent customer service!

They don’t care about your phone but they care about ure credit card 😅

I love Apple! I frequently attend Apple learning sessions and the big screen back wall is great. Instructors are great too! On more then one occasion I have had to go to Genius Bar and always had a great experience

Always clean and inviting. People really love to go there. I'm not fully sure why but it seems like it makes people happy. Certainly the customer service is stellar. I guess that's probably enough reason.

Busy as always on this time of the year . I love it !. Just get there early, because the parking lot gets crowded quickly.
Be aware of traffic, be careful, be patient and enjoy the visit!.

We really were impressed with our visit to West Farms Apple Store on January 17. The service was great bc of the staff ! We are an older couple and at times clueless but they all were terrific. The tech support person ( named Irma or something close) was very helpful and not condescending. And especially the salesperson Destiny!! She answered all our questions and lead us through a purchase of a Mac Air. We went in thinking if necessary we’d go to Best Buy but her personal interest convinced us that the Apple Store was definitely the better choice. Will definitely recommend!

I have been to the apple store twice in the past month because I had my computer hacked. The hackers made a terrible mess of my computer. A young employee of the store cleaned the computer of all viruses. I was impressed with his skills. Today I was again because a message came up for me to call somewhere. The young man removed it in about half a minute and the computer works. I am very grateful for the help I received . I highly recommend this store because I met there young very professional and courteous people.

Omar from the Genius Bar was an epically skilled communicator and a pleasure to be on the receiving end of his assistance. He quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue.

Great service experience at Westfarm's Apple Store. I have an iPhone 8 that I purchased four years ago from my wireless network provider. While Christmas shopping, I decided to replace my phone's case and screen protector, both of which were cracked and showing wear. The staff directed me to accessories for the iPhone SE, which are compatible with my old model. One staff member in particular, Stephanie, was especially helpful, explaining the different options and processing my purchases. Then, using some impressively designed tools, she personally removed my old protection, carefully cleaned my phone, and applied the new case and screen protector, making sure I was satisfied with the result. I feel like I have a new phone!

Had an appointment, was seen right away & problem was fixed within a week. Since I was carrying a heavy iMac, I'd suggest using the main mall entrance between Nordstrom & JC Penney which brings you in on the second floor.
EDIT: Had to return because my iMac had same problem, bought it originally from another company, that company has basically ignored any requests for help. Apple & Apple Tech Kevin went above & beyond excellent service & replaced the computer with a brand new, current model. Very pleased with all dealings I've had at this store.
