I had a respectful and pleasant experience at South County Dodge. Tyrell Ell was very helpful and considerate, when showing me a vehicle. It was early in my car buying search, and I wasn't sure which vehicle was best for me at that time. I mentioned a vehicle I had seen online at another dealership, and he showed me a similar one they had there on the lot. He took his time and explained and showed me many features of the vehicle I was not aware of, even though it began to rain as he was standing outside. I felt very comfortable working with him, as he treated me as an equal, with a sincere attitude to help. The manager also took the time to introduce himself to me. I can tell South County Dodge is a dealership that wants to be a valuable asset to their community.

We have purchased several vehicles over the years, and this sales experience was the best we have ever encountered! Ken was very knowledgeable and helped us step by step. He went above and beyond not only helping us as the buyer but made our daughter feel a part of the deal and taught her about the features and what she can do with the car! Amazing buying experience!

I was able to get my Jeep Compass in for a tire change within a day, and got the best price. Because this was a last minute, emergency appointment, there wasn’t a loaner/rental car available; so, needing to wait on site, I was shuttled to a place of my choice to pick up some breakfast, and then had a comfortable lounge with tables (and a giant screen tv) to hang out in until my vehicle was done. All staff is always accommodating and friendly. Kassie, my regular service advisor, is always THE BEST!

I loathe the car buying experience. I long for the days that you can just pay a fair price and the manufacturer delivers it to your door in some reasonable time frame.

It started out pretty rough with this dealership. I think oftentimes new salesman are taught one way and they are not able to adjust their craft to their audience. That very well seemed the case here when I was just looking for a quick cash pay price. Instead, I got the full car buying experience in which I will spare all the messy and frustrating details that caused me to cease communication.

After walking away I was approached by the general sales manager James. There was clearly a greater depth of experience with all types of buyers. He was able to step in and get the information I was looking for on a very specific vehicle I would have to drive 2 hours to get to. While I was eventually passed off to a guy named Tyler It was clear that James had his thumb on the deal which inevitably got it across the finish line. They were even able to acquire the all-weather mats from another dealership as opposed to waiting an indefinite amount of time on an order due to the UAW strike.

Ultimately, businesses can only be judged by the way they handle problems and by their leadership which sets the tone for the rest of the organization. In this case, it's clear that management cares and I ultimately purchased a new vehicle from them.

Salesperson, Tim Casey, was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Sales manager, Mike Chorba, was also very good to work with. Again, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
They both were considerate of our time, not just theirs, and provided all the assistance we needed. Would definitely recommend working with this dealership and these two sales pesons.
