I am very satisfied with the friendly service I received from the very knowledgeable staff at Jays jewelry. I have gone there to get my husband’s watch battery replaced to get my jewelry cleaned and repaired. Also I have this beautiful Panther ring in layaway, I like the fact that they work with you and have many options so people like myself that live in a budget still can get nice jewelry than other wise I wouldn’t be able to afford. I purchased a 14k gold Hamsa pendent with high clarity diamonds from a another jeweler. I took the pendent to Jay’s jewelry to get the gold and diamonds tested as well as repaired. They matched the missing stone perfectly with a natural diamond. The staff was very nice and professional they also finished the repair very quickly and I received it back that same day.

I came across Jay’s jewelry a couple of years ago he was the ONLY jeweler in the area that had the battery I needed for my Bulova watch. As soon as I came inside I was blown away by the HUGE selection of jewelry. Anything you could think of from watches, rings, chains, necklaces, charms to custom made jewelry Jays has it. His staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you are looking for quality work and unique items you should check them out, they also do layaways, repairs, clean jewelry and give estimates. They have an excellent warranty on their products and repairs.

I went in on a recommendation from my son who’s been a customer here at Jay’s Jewelry for years.
My Diamond wedding band and my sterling silver chain were tarnished from the salt water on my last trip to Jamaica in 08/2021. I brought it into the sweetest people at Jay’s and was told it would need to be polished. I left it for a week to have the work done.
The store staff called a week later to state it was ready. Upon picking up my items, the chain looked fantastic and the wedding band made my eyes water. It means so much to me, and to have it sparkling again made me extremely happy. The lady noticed one of the diamonds came out during the process, which I paid extra in case that happened.
The lovely people at Jay’s fixed it immediately.
I was so excited to get home and show my husband my BEAUTIFUL wedding band. Our anniversary is January 23rd in which we will be married 9 years.

Don’t usually leave reviews but was very impressed with their shop in Hartford. Got a 20inch Sterling Silver rope here and service was great. Owner was very friendly and the purchase experience was all around very effortless and enjoyable. On a 32 dollar chain they even included a gift box with the purchase. Great service great products definitely recommend.

I really love the customer service here!! They make you feel welcomed, very polite and honest. I’ve came in a few times to have my jewelry cleaned and to also shop for new pieces. Each visit was great, they’re very knowledgeable and willing to work with you no matter what! Very nice people and great place to visit if your looking to buy jewelry or have old pieces cleaned or repaired.

I got a set of grillz almost 4 years ago ,it was the first time I ever visited the store. I've never went to any other jewelry store since. I bring my family and friends there anytime they want jewelry.. The service is unforgettable and one of a kind. I have Jay's personal number and he always answer's me or calls back.
