I had the best ring shopping experience I could ask for, thanks to Deb and Gozzo Jewelers. I initially went ring shopping online, but decided to go to Gozzo before making a final decision. It was well worth it! Deb worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and was so accommodating and helpful throughout this process! She truly took the extra step to find the perfect diamond and setting I was looking for. It was so much more personal and for me, a much safer (and less expensive) experience than shopping online. I will recommend Gozzo to anyone looking for jewelry and encourage everyone to at least start your search with Gozzo before shopping online. Since purchasing at Gozzo, I presented the ring to my (now) fiancé, and she absolutely loved it! Between the final product of the ring and Deb’s incredible service, Gozzo Jewelers stands out as a top notch jewelry store.

First the shoppe is beautiful, modern styles and classics. I had a piece in mind I didn’t see in the cases and Deb spent time to understand my vision, secured several options to present, I picked one with her artist eye input - picked it up yesterday and it is even more fantastic than I imagined. Absolutely fantastic experience with Deb at Gozzo Jewelers. She welcomed my unique project of adding a custom diamond halo and diamond eternity band to my wife’s existing princess cut engagement diamond for a surprise 10yr anniversary gift. She was exceptional every step of the way which included the difficult decision to send back (to her goldsmith) the second to final product as she was not absolutely satisfied. The final product was stunning. And presenting it to my wife and seeing her reaction was a moment I will never forget. I cannot thank or recommend Deb and her crew enough for the traits they portrayed through the process from beginning to end. She was accommodating (even opening on off hrs), extremely personable and friendly, and highly competitive price-wise. She was invested in not only the project, but hearing about how it was received. I will be going back for any and all jewelry needs in the future!

My husband and I loved working with Deb and Gozzo Jewelers to replace a lost engagement ring. She was professional, warm, extremely knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. We live out of town, which you would think would make the process more difficult, but Deb helped us find the perfect diamond and helped create a beautiful ring. We highly recommend!!

Tracy and her staff are amazing. My wife wanted a very specific type of chandelier earring for our wedding. The staff at Pennachio went above and beyond trying to track down and find exactly what she was looking for and did just that. The customer service is amazing and the dedication to get their clients exactly what they are looking for sets this store apart from others. From creating custom pieces to finding them they can do it all. I fully recommend that if you have any jewelry needs stop in or contact the staff here. If you are looking for a unique piece for your engagement or any occasion this is the place to go.

Everyone has there initial expectations when going into a jewelry store. That changed after the first few minutes of walking in to this jewler. They are not pushy sales people, and work with you to find exactly what you want. I visited them several times picking out and designing an engagement ring and it was literally painless and stress free. Big shout out to Deb who took care of me every step of my journey and got the ring exactly how i imagined it and within budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My wife and I were very happy with the previous owner, Tracey of Pennachio Jewelers, and decided to give Gozzo's a chance to do some custom work for us. We couldn't be happier with the results which are actually BETTER quality than what we got from Pennachio's (which I didn't think was possible). Deb is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and patient enough to address our every question and concern while my young kids weren't exhibiting their best behavior.

I very rarely write on-line reviews but feel so compelled to share my experiences with Pennachio Jewelers. They are such a breath of fresh air in a time when it seems like everyone is just out to make a buck and rip you off. I have shopped with them for a few years now and can tell you there is no better jewelry store in the area. We also recently participated in their diamond bracelet hunt which was so much fun and brought our family closer together as we all participated, even the kids. Pennachio Jewelers did this for the community and the whole town was buzzing about it. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Very rude when they thought I wasn't going to spend enough money. Was looking to get a small repair done and make a possible purchase of some jewlery. The women was extremely rude and dismissing. The small repair I wanted was beneath her. No problem there are plenty of other jewlers.
