Broad River Flowers By Studio 9

We unfortunately had a death in the family. After calling Studio 9 I knew I found the right person to order with. Vanessa, the owner understands people who are grieving and worked tirelessly with me. She is a kind, caring, concerned, helpful and above all a compassionate human being. The multiple arrangements we chose mirrored what was offered online and she worked with me on other arrangements also. To say we were pleased is an understatement. She exceed my expectations and I can’t say thank you enough from our family. Vanessa even followed up with me to make sure we were pleased. Again, my sincere thanks from our family to you Vanessa.

UNREAL SERVICE. I live in NYC and needed a florist in CT. I needed help badly because I was looking to have an over the top arrangement of tulips made for a colleague in ill health. I called 15 minutes before the store was supposed to close for the weekend hoping for a Monday delivery. Vanessa sold me her entire inventory of over 80 tulips to create a statement making arrangement. When I sent her the message to be included in the card it was too long for the small 3x3 cards they print in house, so she went out to a store and bought a card and hand wrote the message in it for me before delivering the arrangement TODAY, only 4 hours after I first called and while the store was officially closed. She even tried to decline the 20% gratuity that I asked her to add to the bill. This is true customer service and she what she did for me today was truly an act of kindness that I would have never expected of any business. I'm still in awe. Studio 9 deserves your business and had earned a place in my heart because they are committed to what they do and are professionals. I wish I knew more people in CT so I could rave about Vanessa and Studio 9.

I've attached a photo of the 80+ tulip arrangement Vanessa created for me. To put the size of it in perspective, the vase is 20" in diameter and there are over 7 dozen tulips in it. It was tasteful, simple, and exactly what I told her I was looking for.

I had bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The proprietor had informed me that she had added some orchids to my bouquet as a bonus to which I remarked that orchids were my wife's favorite flower. Without missing a beat, her eyes lit up and she asks me to wait a minute as she adds more! Will definitely be returning!

Ordered the "display" of the day online. Within 3 hours I received a phone call from a friendly lady telling me that she was at the apartment and no-one was home. She felt it was a safe place to leave the arrangement outside the door, so I said ok. Next day I received a photo of a beautiful, colourful and very full container of flowers. Everyone was delighted
