I had the pleasure of working with Ken Hagenow regarding one of my tenants and he was amazing. He was able to quickly resolve my issue, provide options additional options and get everything set up in the system ALL in one day. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! Lynn has been giving me trouble every month since ive been with there. Lynn has been threatening me everytime with terminating me and ive only been on the program for a year. They ask for wayyy too much. And for some reason when ken left they dont update you or when suhail left they lost my paper work. Unprofessional allllllll the wayyyy.

I’m excited to share my negative experience with Lynn Naughton and Debra Bouchard from The East Hartford Housing Authority. I was discriminated against by these women. They are also racist. Lynn and Debra don’t believe in giving people a second chance.
Lynn is the worst. She looks down her nose at you and thinks she is better than someone.
Instead of helping out an honest person who could really use the help, they give housing help to low lives that abuse the system and sublet federal housing to other low lives. Way to help the people who get everything handed to them and the ones who deserve the help get nothing.
So much for “enhanceing the quality of life by offering our residents opportunities to participate in a multitude of community, educational and recreational programs.”
They want you to plant your roots elsewhere.

Workers are very disrespectful, unprofessional as well as some being frauds but if us as the families who need help were to commit to any of the fraudulent, unprofessional abd disrespectful actions we get terminated and you can play in my face all day but you can never play in God's face as he sees it all and I never wish anything bad or negative on anyone but I am God's child and trust me for sure anyone whoever thinks they can or tries to do me wrong will always see his wrath and it's always harsher than any thing I can speak or think without sla doubt

No help at all. King Court Apartments in East Hartford CT. Say go to Town Hall for an application. They had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I NEED ASSTENCE IN FINDING INFORMATION REGARDING. KING COURT APARTMENTS.

Columbus Circle is disgusting the amount of roaches and mice to allow your residents to live like that what a shame.
