JP designed all the flowers for our wedding and parties and I couldn’t be happier. I prefer to use my own vases which I drop off in advance. He takes my color preferences and creates incredibly beautiful and still affordable arrangements, which rival, my favorite New York City and Greenwich Florests!!!

I live in Texas, and wanted my 86 year old mother to know she's loved by sending her monthly floral arrangements. JP agreed to do it. And he hasn't simply delivered a pretty arrangement every month; he's given her beautiful ones She says his are the freshest flowers arranged in the most attractive ways she's ever seen.

I requested monthly flowers, and didn't specify days. I sent her a Mother's Day gift thinking JP wouldn't have time to create and deliver flowers to her when he was bound to be very busy. The day before Mothers' Day my mother called and told me she had received the most beautiful flowers. When I called JP he told me, yes he'd had a lot of work for Mothers' Day, but he'd set aside fresh flowers for her arrangement and delivered them to her himself. Without my even asking. He's talented, kind, and reliable. That's a great combination, especially in a florist.

Due to weather and other factors, JP didn't have the tulips I'd selected online the day I ordered, but he called me to offer a few solutions, and find my preferences in case of a need to substitute while at the wholesalers the next morning. He was not only able to find a lighter shade of purple tulip, but also a dark purple vase and ribbon to adorn it. I wanted tulips specifically for a sympathy arrangement because they represent deep abiding love, and the purple to represent Alzheimer's awareness, in honor of my friends grandfather. JP not only met, but exceeded my expectations, delivering on schedule, and having hand written my card. My friend was touched, and I was very appreciative of the extra effort. Would definitely recommend working with JP.

I ordered a flower arrangement online and JP called to tell me that due to the current flower shortage he couldn't make it as shown. We discussed some options and then he made the most beautiful floral arrangement imaginable. The birthday girl was very happy.

JP was a absolute God send. Sorry it has taken so long to write this review but he has recently proven himself once again. 6 years ago we looked to him for our outdoor wedding at Gallaher mansion at Cranbury park. He went so far above and beyond our expectations we were left speechless. Everything was beautiful, worry free, on time and he helped ease my wife's anxiety on a incredibly important day.
Fast forward to recently and not knowing where JP ended up after his shop burned down my mom found him in Cranbury. Our family had a unexpected death in the family and we reached out to JP for a floral arrangement for the funeral. He delivered again a outstanding arrangement on short notice.
I hands down recommend JP for all he offers, a man who truly cares and is amazing at what he does. A rare find.

I had tried to order flowers for the birthday of a dear friend in Norwalk, CT (across the country from me) using ProFlowers online. But the arrangement never showed up - even though I received an email on the day of her birthday saying they had been delivered! After a few attempts to remedy the situation I started searching online for local florists in her area and found Licari Custom Floral Designs by J.P.

I called and spoke to J.P. himself, who won me right away with his impeccable customer service - he was actually working with a family on a funeral at that moment, and asked if he could call me back. I was impressed with how gracious he was both to me and to the grieving family, and with his clear concern for their needs. He called back minutes later, and then spent ten or fifteen minutes with me on the phone to select the flowers for my friend, walking over to the cases to describe for me the flowers he had and suggesting different combinations of colors that might work, taking care to get all of the details right. He gave me a time window for the delivery and took my friend's number so that he could call ahead and let her know the delivery was on its way, which I especially appreciated after my experience with the other company.

J.P. even asked a few questions about my bad experience because he serves on a state board that deals with business ethics and he was genuinely concerned, which just floored me.

This morning I received a call from my friend, overflowing with thanks for the gorgeous arrangement. She went on and on about the colors, the attentive delivery person, the vase, the ribbons, everything. So, J.P. is not only an ethical and caring business owner, he's an artist, too!

My only regret is that I didn't call him in the first place!!! If I could give him TEN stars, I would, for how thoroughly delighted my friend was.

My whole experience with Licari Custom Floral Designs was amazing from beginning to end. I know ordering online seems like the way to do things, but you trade automation for personalization. Next time, I'm just calling J.P.!

I can highly recommend this florist. Did a wonderful birthday bouquet given the vaguest instructions. She was so thrilled she took a picture of the arrangement and texted it back to me. Thank you for making me look good, when I otherwise would not have. Price was competitive with other area competitors. Artistic result was superior.

I live a great distance from Norwalk and when my brother-in-law passed away suddenly I searched the web for a local florist to deliver flowers to the funeral home.
I chose Licari Floral Designs because of their very good Google reviews. They did not disappoint. The salesman was helpful and courteous. I was so pleased when I saw the floral arrangement at the wake. It was beautiful. The flowers were fresh, plentiful, and beautifully arranged. I highly recommend this florist.

Very creative and exceedingly fresh flowers. JP the proprietor always asks questions and works up arrangements that look like fine painting subjects, his eye for color and balance is amazing.
