Have had two flower deliveries from Bruces, and I have to say the flowers are exceptional, extremely high quality bouquets that are fragrant and fresh the roses last forever too. Worth every penny. Would recommend 100%

I am so happy I used these guys for my wedding! My original florist canceled the week of my wedding. I went into Bruce’s Flowers 3 days before my wedding and they accommodated all my needs!! They made the most beautiful bouquet and let me handpick flowers for my cake. The morning of , they made a last minute corsage for me I was able to pick up 1 hour after requesting it. They definitely made a stressful situation so much easier on me and there was a great outcome

I can't begin to explain how amazing John is at Bruces. I decided to book Bruce's Flowers for our wedding in June since we've always been so happy with all of our orders from the shop. We ended up working with John and he exceeded our exceptions and went above and beyond to make our flowers out of this world for the wedding. I have been working with Bruce's Flower Shop for many years on a personal level and especially as the chairperson of the flower committee at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Norwalk, CT. Every staff member has always been professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we are happy and completely satisfied with our orders weather it is a weekly delivery for the altar or a very large event such as our Thanksgiving Harvest display, Christmas or Easter decor. In the past few years John has "worked miracles" for me many times and is always incredibly pleasant to brainstorm with and create the most beautiful altar in Fairfield county! It's also obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly loves designing the most beautiful floral arrangements imaginable.

For years I always ordered flowers from one of the major flower websites. It was easy enough, I would occasionally get free shipping or discount codes. I’m April I sent my best friend who was going through a really rough time which happened to fall on her birthday a huge arrangement. She lives in a high rise so 24/7 front desk concierge. I got confirmation they were delivered and eagerly waited for her to get home. No text, next day no mention of it and awkward conversation. I call the front desk inquiring about the delivery and there was no record of its arrival. So I call the well know website and they contact the florist, it was never delivered. This resulted in a huge blowout as she thought I forgot her birthday. Upon researching the 3rd party online ordering much like food delivery, florists really get screwed with the profits they receive.

Last week I discovered I missed my grandmas birthday by 2 days. I do a google search in her area and Bruce’s was top rated. Beautiful arrangement at a reasonable price. Ordered on their website and to my surprise it was delivered as soon as they opened!! My grandma said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen in her entire 90 years.Bruce’s is the way to go!!

Very pleased with the service and quality of the floral bouquet I sent to my son and daughter-in-law welcoming my new grandson. I live in Florida and wanted to send flowers when they got home from hospital. I went on Yelp to find a florist I hope was close to their home in Norwalk as I live in Florida. I ordered easily on line and much to my surprise had a very nice person call me from the florist as she wanted to send me pictures of the new vases they got in. She texted me pictures and I got to choose a different one than what was on line. She answered me with a congratulations and she would make sure it was perfect and boy was it! Definitely use this florist it you want exceptional service and quality!

I contacted Bruce's to provide flowers for my company's Grand Opening party on September 20. It was my first time ordering from them. I was able to reach the owner right away, and he gave me excellent suggestions about how to get the best value for my budget. I e-mailed them a copy of the diagram for the arrangements and drop off a check without the usual drama of sitting down and having to go through the details line by line as many other florists have asked me to in the past. The arrangements arrived on time, were true to my color scheme, and as a compliment, exceeded my budget without charge. Guests commented on them throughout my event saying they were gorgeous, and some people asked to take them home. The arrangements lasted well beyond the next week so my customers could enjoy them at our store. Overall, my experience at Bruce's was excellent, better quality than any other local option for the same amount of money, and they exceeded my budget which I appreciated. Go there, you will not be disappointed!

I was so pleased with the service that I received using Bruce’s flowers. I called late in the day and asked for a fresh bouquet to be delivered to my Aunt who was in the hospital. The woman that I spoke with as kind as could be. She told me that if she could catch the delivery man she would have the flowers delivered later that day and if not in the morning. Within a few hours my Aunt called to thank me for the beautiful bouquet. She described the bouquet and it sounded perfect...just what I had asked for! I found this florist to be reasonable priced and very accommodating. Even if the flowers were delivered in the morning I would give it 5 stars.

I ordered roses for my wife's birthday. Even though sending them out of town I used Bruce' rather than a tele floral service because we have always been impressed with Bruce's product locally. My wife LOVED the flowers. Thank you Bruce's.

I ordered white roses for my long time friend who lost her sister. Her family visited from FL to help plan the celebration of life to be held on 10/23. I ordered the flowers to be delivered to her condo on 10/22 to add some cheer for her and her family. My friend was not home when the flowers were delivered and I gave permission to leave them on the front stoop. However the driver placed them on a lower staircase, out of the sun. Bruce's flowers phoned me and my friend to explain where the flowers were delivered. My friend and I appreciated the extra attention that the driver took to ensure the safety of the flowers. The roses were still beautiful a week later. I like to deliver flowers to a person's home rather than a funeral home, etc. because they don't get to enjoy them during a stressful time.

The most gorgeous floral arrangement was delivered to me for my birthday from my son and daughter-in-law. It was the longest lasting flowers I have had....in my whole 65 years! The arrangement was enjoyed for over two weeks. John, manager of Bruce's, is extremely artistic with arranging. This is the floral shop to get more than your money's worth!
