The sofa bed is lovely and easy for an old lady to convert into a bed. The delivery was easy and quick.

Janet, our design consultant in Danbury was extremely helpful without being overbearing. She was extremely professional and patient. The staff will go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered two items and only one was available for pick-up. When I was in the store finalizing the purchase of my partial order, an associate asked me to wait so she could check if my second item had been delivered that morning. She discovered it was in fact in the storage room this saving me a second trip.

My experience at Ethan Allen was wonderful. I worked with designer Peggy Fortuna, she was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Without seeing our home in Florida, she helped us pick all our furniture, fabrics and our color scheme down to the paint colors. She wasn't pushy and made a lot of great suggestions. We love everything we ordered and our house looks fantastic. We were so happy the first time we came in and placed an order, that we decided to come back when we were ready furnish the rest of the house. She went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely come back again if we need anything else for our home. We highly recommend Peggy and the staff at Ethan Allen Danbury.

Custom furniture at reasonable prices, with professional interior designers on staff. I have bought multiple pieces of quality furniture here, including dining room table and upholstered chairs, and a number of sofas with fabric I chose from many options.

I contacted Ethan Allen's customer service department because the drawer pull on our 20 year old Ethan Allen night stand broke. Carly immediately responded and walked me through the process for ordering the broken drawer pull. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the part was still in stock after all these years and was happy that I didn't have to get rid of such a nice piece of furniture.

Have had only good experiences with Ethan Allen, and it's so nice to see they still carry accessories like pull handles for my Ethan Allen bedroom set from about 15+ years ago!!! It's a furniture store you can always count on.

The story is too long to tell so I will just say the customer service dept went out of their way to have a replacement dresser handle sent to me from across the county, for a furniture item that was discontinued in 2006! I'm so blown away and so thankful that it literally brings tears to my eyes.

We recently purchased living room furniture from Ethan Allen and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! We recently moved, and the movers took apart our Ethan Allen bed and lost all the hardware! Even though Ethan Allen does not manufacture this model any more, a representative took the time to find the needed parts for us and ship them to us. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

Delivery of furniture was very careful , on time, and with 2 experienced delivery people. They called ahead and made sure we were satisfied with positioning of sofa and love seat. They helped us move existing furniture to garage. Considered it a very positive experience.

Deena Doherty was the most amazing designer and Ethan Allen product was superb. 10 out to 10 for customer service and product. Deena brought my dreams into reality. She designed my entire living level. When I saw it put together, I cried tears of joy. She is a natural at customer service and vision. Deena is so knowledgeable. I felt at ease designing everything as I felt taken care of and I trusted her every step of the way. Moreover, she was so patient with me. I can’t thank Deena enough!
