Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites

I stayed with my family in a suite it was very spacious, clean and neat. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was very normal & it need upgrade. The hotel location is superb. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

A first rate local hotel.

I really enjoyed their complimentary breakfast bar. It was nothing particularly special, but there were plenty of options which were well stocked, and the dining area was clean, spacious and attractive.

Their rooms are surprisingly spacious and incredibly comfortable, and include amenities like a coffee maker and iron/ironing board. I'd gladly stay here again.

Beautiful lobby, helpful and pleasant staff. Great price for our stay. Our room was super, clean, bedding comfortable, great tv, we had a corner room so had 2 windows! Really a wonderful hotel - highly recommend! The breakfast was good, nice large area. I appreciated the sanitizer station as you enter the breakfast area - asking everyone to use before entering. 👍🏼

Great hotel! One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was extremely spacious and felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, sure to give a smile every time you pass. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with so many food choices and cleanliness. The coffee was hot and had great flavor and we both loved that we had a choice of glass mugs or paper cups with lids. Our room was very comfortable and so clean just like the whole building. The hot tub and pool were clean and very refreshing. The morning we left it was very cold sub 0 temps and heavy snow. The care taker shoveled a path around our pickup and even blew the snow off our pickup. It seemed like from the time of check in until check out everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were in the area for a friends wedding and it was so nice that the reception was right there in the Best Western where we were staying. The staff we friendly and very polite. The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was excellent lots of selection and everything was hot. Would definitely stay here agains and again.

I mostly stay at Marriott's, but none are available on some rural areas like Havre. I was blown away by the overall quality of this Best Western hotel. The room assigned was third floor, very spacious, clean and well kept. King bed was surprisingly comfortable and the heating worked! Awesome. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent. Although it is next to a railway, I didn't hear any trains passing by. I wish all Best Westerns could be like this one.

My family and I stayed there for the weekend to visit my brother who goes to college in Havre. This hotel was perfect for us. It is beautiful and very modern compared to a lot of other places in the area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very warm and friendly. My favorite part besides the welcoming feel and how comfortable I felt, was the pool. There was a beautiful pool with a slide and a basketball hoop and a hot tub. Perfect for the family. I would recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

I had a very pleasurable stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, it gave a sense of security knowing they were knowledgeable in their job. The cookies were great! And I want to thank them for helping me switch weekends. I wasn't able to travel on the original booking, but they made it right with me on this weekend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Really nice hotel in a good location... The hotel sits on a hill just off HWY 2 over looking the rail yard and some of downtown Havre.. There are 3 historical signs next to the hotel parking area that tell a little about the area.
We had a double queen room on a higher floor. There were 3 of us in the room (granddaughter traveling with us) and we had plenty of room to spread out... Lighting was good and plenty of outlets available. Counter space is good too. Internet seemed to be fairly fast .. there were no problems with it. The bathroom didn't feel cramped at all like some places we have stayed..

My in-laws stayed while visiting and loved their stay. This is the 2nd or 3rd time they have been. We went swimming in their pool which was awesome. The hot tub was hot and the pool was nice. The pool wasn't big which was nice for my kids because they could get around faster. The highlight has to be the slide which isn't impressive by its appearance but is very fast and very fun.

Fantastic new hotel. Modern and spacious. Staff is excellent (special kudos to Chris and GM Shaina). Walking distance to casinos and restaurants. Breakfast is your typical complimentary breakfast buffet but they had a "make your own burrito" station which I thought was a special touch. Lovely location on top of a hill overlooking the coulees and the city! Will come again!

Excellent hotel. This hotel is brand new and very nice with a really reasonable rate (we paid $125 for room with 2 double beds). The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the free breakfast in the morning was good.

This hotel makes you feel at home down to the last detail... for example, when you go down for the breakfast in the morning they give you real ceramic cups to drink your coffee out of versus the Styrofoam/to-go cups most places give you.

Our room faced the back so we had a good view of the Milk River and could watch the trains come and go. While we didn't take advantage of it, this hotel also had a nice pool, fitness center, and guest laundry. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the newest and nicest hotel in Have. There were no inconveniences of any kind. All surfaces were all clean and new. The bed was comfortable and I have no noise complaints while staying on the third floor. Breakfast was typical for any other hotel in Montana. I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, roomy room. Someone in a review I read commented not to take a room at the back because of the train but a) the view is fantastic, b) it faces away from the road and the pub , and c) the hotel is up on the hill, the train is low down, and not right beside the hotel. I only heard it once during the stay and it was kind of a distant train sound, which some people actually like. There are beautiful photographs in the rooms and around the hotel by a local photographer, much nicer than standard framed pictures you often find. The pool is a bit small but the water slide was great for my child who had never been on one before. Hot tub one of the best I've used in a hotel.

Honestly I'd consider coming back to Havre just for that hotel, not only because we were just passing through.

Oh and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and actually read the special requests we'd had when we booked the room.

When visiting Havre we make a point of staying at the Best Western Plus Havre Inn & Suites if at all possible. The facility is modern and well maintained; rooms and common areas are clean and tidy; and staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located close to shopping as well as good dining and most rooms have a view of the valley/city. Close attention is paid to the maintenance and appearance of the breakfast facilities. Menus are changed daily offering a wide variety of hot and cold food choices, with food quality and presentation better than most. We always enjoy our stay and will return.

This Best Western is located on a hill at the west end of town with a beautiful view out the back of the trains and hills. A little noisy during night with train whistles but that's expected from rail town. Rooms very clean, hot and cold variety of items for breakfast, and Murphy's Irish Pub next door is lively with great food and beverage.

They would get 5 stars if they worked on the continental breakfast. Plan on breakfast elsewhere until they do. Otherwise the place is excellent for the price.

Follow up: They've reached out to me and asked for suggestions on how to do better. That's worth the extra star. I know it will be better the next time I'm there.
