Had a nail in my tire and needed it patched. Ed got me in right away and also checked to make sure I didn't have any tires off balance. What a great team you have at this location!!! Ed is wonderful!! His good soul/heart radiate from him. I could have stayed and talked to him all day!! Amazing human being, with a great, friendly, knowledgeable team behind him!!! I will definitely be coming back here, if only to chat with Ed :)

Wife and I we out celebrating our anniversary when we experienced an issue with a flat tire. They quickly identify it was a faulty tire sensor and broken value which prevented us from putting air in it.

They fixed it and got us back the road and celebrating our anniversary. Thanks again.

Very polite staff and very efficient on getting my tires on. I dropped about $1400 on off road tires for my truck and they arrived exactly when I was told. Highly recommend.

I had bought new tires at the Goodyear by my home in Maryland. About 50 miles out on my 450 mile trip to upstate NY, my tire pressure light came on. My Goodyear store told me to stop at this Goodyear in York, PA. I called them to let them know I was coming. Danny was AMAZING. Not only did he check all my tires and spare for tire pressure he also checked the sensor in my value stems. This was minutes before closing too. He truly cared to make sure I could make my journey safely. Thank you Danny!

I bought new tires 3 days ago from my local Goodyear and was traveling to my parents in NY when right before York,PA my tire pressure light went off. I called The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co and spoke to Danny. He told me to come right in. He checked all my tires and the pressure was good. He then took the time to check the sensors in each tire and found that one of my sensors was bad. All this right before closing and he did not charge me a penny. Now that's customer service! He was more concerned that I made my 450 mile journey then charging me. I'm so grateful for Danny and Goodyear of York PA. Diane McCarthy

Service was excellent, this store by far has the best tire and maintenance service in York. Staff was amazing to work with. We left feeling as if we bought a supreme quality product. Staff proved that value comes from providing their customers great service at a fair price.

Once again I was very pleased with the service I received at the Memory Lane store in York PA. During a scheduled oil change and inspection of my vehicle several significant issues were identified and repaired. The Store Manager Danny is always friendly, and offers professional advice and assistance in addition to the the quality work the technicians provide. My confidence in the staff and a reasonable cost for quality service and tires keeps me coming back to Goodyear.

This Goodyear Store on memory lane in York PA is great. My mother used to stop in there once a month for them to check the pressure in her tires and and they were always courteous and polite to her. I really feel that they are there to help you and Yeah you do not need a hard cell because you’re very professional and the product is excellent. I just had to get a new tire for a very expensive car and I was shocked how in expensive a special tire I ordered for my BMW. If they say you need it, you need it and there hours are great for someone who works all the time. You’ll be disappointed if you go anywhere else

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Carlos and Danny are wonderful. I had an issue with my tire for over a year. I brought it back to the competitor where I had purchased them (it was a good sale, what can I say) twice and neither time did they fix it. I brought it to the Honda dealership, they said they fixed it, they hadn’t. Brought it to Goodyear today—fixed! Love these guys so much I’m bringing another car there tomorrow for an alignment.

Fantastic! Carlos was wonderful - calming after accident and Dan continued on subsequent visits. TEN stars for the BEST customer service ever ❤. Above and beyond, Dan even helped me w car warranty. Goodyear has given me several GOOD YEARS.

And I've been a returning customer since then. The technicians are very knowledgeable(and yes, I've tested them when talking about vehicle issues when the occasion arises). I recommend this store to people i know when in the market for tires or vehicle repairs when asked. I know they will be treated fairly.

These guys are great. I have gone to them over many years with multiple cars at different stages of their life expectancies. They give options and sound advice when I had budget constraints but needed safe, high mileage travel. They are quick to let you know about coupon savings and are a business I trust. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Goodyear is my "go to" tire center because they have earned my trust with high quality products and excellent customer service.

This last round, I had another excellent experience. I called with a short notice. Not only did they fit me in but my wait for 4 new tires was very reasonable.

When I call they always take awesome care of us with all our vehicles. They explain things very well on what needs to be done. We have been going to them for all our vehicle needs for about 6 years now. The people at the front desk are friendly and listen well to help you.I very much recommend them.

Such great service! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. My van failed inspection at the dealership and I knew that these were my " tire guys." They kept in touch with me through the whole process and my final bill was much less than the dealership quoted me. Kudos to the entire team that worked with me. I hate auto issues, but if needed, I will be back. You're professional and friendly...that means so much! Thank you!
