West York Inn

This place is one of my favorite venues. Our band played here and the atmosphere was so awesome. All the people, the food, the service, and the music!!! If you're out this way go see a show. The bar is clean and very modernized if that's your thing. Can't wait to go back!

Went to see local bands didn’t get a chance to eat, but the service and all around experience was worth the hour drive I made

This place was absolutely fantastic. A great venue for live music, bar area that's smoking friendly! Not to mention an awesome bar tender who definitely knew what she was doing. Some of the tastiest cocktails I've ever had here. All around great atmosphere.
Love a place that also supports the local music scene! Raoul and the Dukes and Seglock put on a killer show.

Awesome venue to see live music, the transformation from local watering hole to respectable music venue has been amazing. Friendly staff and good & affordable food. A refreshing and welcome change in an area known for lacking in venues supportive of live original music. Keep it up!

Also note that most of the negative reviews are in reference to either the skill games, touch tunes, or (lack of) pool tables. Keep in mind that since the establishment transitioned its focus to a live music venue, there will a be a few old timers who are upset with change. But nake no mistake, the changes to this placefor the better in too many ways to list. And they still have great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. It's a much safer place now too, a win for staff and customers. This is EASILY a 5 star establishment that we are fortunate to have in York. Support them.

I went in to this bar for the first time recently and Kyle was working the bar. Cool place and an awesome bartender. I will definitely be returning.

The Kennel is like the kinda small, "underground" rock/metal/punk venue of my youth🎶🎸😎

Went on a Friday recently and caught some awesome bands. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is fun. There are smoking and non-smoking areas, so you can pick your poison. Great local place for live music!

Excellent out of the way place to get a drink and hear some tunes. Ask for Mario at the main bar to get a spot on drink. I will visit again. Just a side note... They no longer have pool tables. The rest of the vibe is worth the trip.

Great food, service, and atmosphere

The food is great and reasonably priced. West York Inn hosted some great musical entertainment for the first Friday of October. Simply put, this place ROCKS

I don't eat at bars, but the bar itself is amazing. The little blonde waitress is very friendly and helpful. I love the setup they have for the pool tables, it gives each group enough space from each other, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere is very mixed. You have white, black, Hispanic, old, and young and that's what I love about it. Everyone's always friendly.

5 stars for being a great neighborhood bar. No it isn't a fancy place but I guarantee you will always have a great time. The bartenders are so friendly, they remember your drink order and offer new suggestions. They have me hooked on banana vodka and pineapple juice! We love coming here during major tv events like the Olympics for the chill environment and the chicken wings. And you can't forget about pool, they have plenty of tables to go around.

Stopping through here in travels. Loved it. Awesome staff, good food, and super affordable. Plenty of bar table and booth seating, with pool tables as well. I'll be back.

A good ole favorite place for lunch, dinner or to meet up with ole friends, they have alot of pool tables n have a team to play pool across York county Pa. A place to stop when thirsty, for soda, beer, mixd drinks, or a quick bite to eat. This is not a top star rated place but a nice friendly place that can accomate large crowds. So if ur thirsty, or hungry its a 1 stop place locally for either. Enjoy n stop in been hangn out there for ovr 30 + years
