I had a total bathroom remodel completed by BLM and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone I worked with — from the estimator to the project manager to the designer — was extremely responsive. Jeff, the project manager, did an excellent job of checking in with me, keeping me updated on the status of the project and aware of any issues. He also ensured that everything was perfect upon completion. All of the workers were pleasant and respectful while working in my home. I absolutely love my new bathroom, which was completed sooner and faster than expected. The next time I need anything done, BLM will be my first stop!

We had an old stone garage floor redone with a concrete finish. The finished floor is beautiful! Our job manager, Jeff was knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the job from estimate to final finish was clearly communicated and on time. This is the second home remodeling job BLM completed for us, and we will contact them for any and all work we need in the future.

Drew was great throughout the quote process. I was building a new home and he was happy to come out during construction to quote me for a concrete patio. Jeff was awesome from the pre-construction meeting to the end of the process. The 2 or 3 workers (didn’t catch their names, sorry!) arrived on time and delivered quality work quickly. I couldn’t believe how my patio was done in a matter of a couple hours. Highly recommend this business and have already referred 2 neighbors. Thank you BLM!

Let me just start with I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled as the level of customer service certainly warranted it. Amid planning for my next build, the deck, I soon realized that I might need a professional to come out and do the framing for me. I contacted BLM and they assured me that they were willing to just that and give me opportunities to cut costs in a variety of ways (i.e. digging my own footers, leveling out the base of the stairs landing, designing/submitting for my own permit). Jason Blymire was my job site manager from start to finish. Like any professional, he had some hiccups along the way but remained transparent with me on every detail, ensured I was happy with the work, and fixed anything I had concerns about. There were no surprise additional fees of any sort. If additional time was required beyond that of the quote, he dealt with it. If he made a mistake and required more materials, he handled it. I never needed to worry or question his integrity, he's an honest man. He was very detailed oriented, always professional, and treated both my wife and I with respect. Knowing that I’d be taking over the rest of the build when he was done with the framing, he took the extra time to offer me free advice, provide guidance, and even offer himself as a resource after the project was completed if I had any further questions. His craftsmanship was beautiful and we couldn’t be happier for having met him and the team at BLM. To the BLM management, please be sure to reward Jason for going above and beyond for us. Thanks for all your help and I will certainly be a repeat customer when that next big project comes along.

BLM did a superior job completing sidewalk, roof and porch addition at our house. We did have a mishap during construction where we had a lot of rain and it came into the dining room and kitchen. Made an emergency call to project manager Ryan Gann and Ross who came out immediately to mitigate the water and fix the insulation and drywall that was damaged. They also brought out big blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out all other areas that were affected. Quality of work is outstanding and could not be any happier. Highly recommend!

Used BLM to remodel our bathroom earlier in the year and was so pleased with the result, we went to them first when considering our full kitchen remodel. Project Manager, Ryan, was very attentive. I had to work with the counter and cabinet vendors myself and BLM did the rest. Came together better than expected!

BLM is great! They installed a new drop box outside my business location and the whole process was so smooth and easy! 100% recommend

After searching through numerous contractors we settled on BLM and we are glad we did. We remodeled our entire first floor, requiring removal of load bearing walls and an entire gutting of our home. We lived upstairs during the process and BLM construction was fantastic to work with. Day or night they answered our calls. Dan was our Project Manager and we couldn’t have asked for anyone else better to handle the job. As this large of a project there were bound to be issues and problems that come up but Dan and team were quick to tackle them and really did an incredible job. If you’re looking looking for a great contractor look no further than Barry and team at BLM.
