Wade was so nice, professional, knowledgeable and had good quality telescopes. His prices were great. He demonstrated how to use them and was so patient with both my grandkids too. I have called this place no fewer than a dozen times within the last 2 weeks. I've texted to arrange a consultation. I've received responses via text but can't get a person on the phone.
I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I think I'll give Skies Unlimited in Pottstown, PA a shot.
