Giovino's Flooring

Cannot be more positive about my experience with Becky and Roger at Giovino's Flooring in Tunkhannock! Years ago, we had them expertly install some commercial grade carpeting at our rental property. It has stood the test of time! Last year (2022) Becky was exceedingly patient as we shopped for carpeting for our own home. We appreciated Becky's advice and knowledge - she even steered us away from some higher priced products which would not have been suitable for our home! Roger and his crew explained the install, did great work, were friendly and efficient. A year later - we still love the carpeting! In addition, they are just very nice people. I will happily deal with Giovino's for all of our flooring needs!

Roger and becky are very smart and friendly people. They did a fantastic job on our sunroom hardwood. He told me all the things I needed to do to keep my hardwood looking good for years to come. The installation was great and quick. We shopped 3 or 4 different stores and they had the best price and we felt comfortable there. They care about the sustomer it seems. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazed at the quality of service we received from Becky and Roger at Giovino's. We went in an asked for an estimate on carpet for two bedrooms and were treated like we were royalty. Becky was not only knowledgeable, but helpful when it came to picking out colors. The installer even vacuumed before he left. ALL of our flooring will come from this store and we will be telling all of our friends. You don't have to travel to Wilkes Barre to get quality and service.

If you need any type of flooring needs this is the place to come! We have ordered multiple types of flooring from Giovino's and every time it was perfect and easy. The quality and friendliness is superior to other places, and the products are made in America, can't get better than that!

Large selection of flooring and friendly service

Similar experience to the other one-star reviewer. I heard Roger does excellent work but I wouldn't know that. Picked out an in-stock carpet for a new unobstructed rectangular room. Went in a week ago to get an install appointment, waited three days for Roger to call me - he didn't. Finally I called Giovino - again, Roger will call back. He called a day later, said he had a scheduling mix-up and would call me right back. That was three days ago. So I went to Dalton on Saturday - installation is on Tuesday. Roger and Becky seem very nice but in my experience they were not reliable. Your experience may be different.
