Always love the mocha madness smoothies! And I had to get on here to say the young kind black skinned girl working at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 6th 2023 was absolutely wonderful!! Her customer service and her smile were the happiest and kindest I’ve experienced in a loooong time. Management, pease recognize her for her outstanding service!

They made my drink wrong at another tropical smoothie and they made me a new one !!! Great customer service !!!!

I originally had a bad review, but go almost daily now. Tropical Smoothie doesn't allow them to shut the service off when they're understaffed/closed. The food at this one is definitely the best though and hopefully staffing/availability can improve for them to stay open longer. They've really put a good amount of effort to clean up the place from the previous owners and the food is always consistent/good at this one.

The owner was working behind the counter. She is always polite and professional. Every time I stop in with my kids she includes them in conversation and gets their order out quick and with a smile. It is always clean and a well kept location.

The staff and manager were so sweet. The smoothies were delicious (we had the Watermelon mint and Mango Magic) and the avocado grilled cheese was so good. The playlist was jamminnn and such a community vibe. So laid back. We hung in there for the longest while the rain passed and had the best convo with the manager. Well def be back

Editing my original review, this place has really turned it around and is now a regular stop on our daily commute. We go here multiple times a week and the staff know us and our order by name and are always friendly and welcoming. Support local business owners by coming here and you’ll get taken care of.

I love the smoothies and the food that are made here in this store. I went in the store the other day for lunch and they were very busy and short handed but the service that was provided to me was excellent.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, the food was perfect and tasted amazing, and the manager Madison even came over to ask how everything was as we ate. Top notch place! We will be back soon :)

I really appreciate Tyson and Teresa for staying late to make me my meal! They closed at 7, and I wasn’t aware since the website said 9 (hasn’t been updated) and I placed an order at 8 pm and when I got there they unlocked the doors for me and made me my meal!

Love most food and smoothies. A LOT OF KARENS ON HERE!!! most reviews they give are bad ones for every store. They have new management recently so the experience is A LOT better then a few months ago. Great customer service 😁

I wish I could give more stars! I haven’t been here in awhile due to the poor attitudes of the high schoolers but The ladies working the front today were amazing n so welcoming ugh haven’t had service like that in awhile! I’ll definitely be back!

My friend works there and she’s cool so I think the smoothies are good too since she makes mine. Anyways food and smoothies are a 10/10. Highly recommend. I love you brazyl

Best place to get a smoothie in town! A great healthy lunch option. Staff is very friendly and professional. I eat here several times a week.

I was having really bad morning sickness and the only thing I wanted was a limeade. I asked if it was possible to do the strawberry and lime smoothie without the strawberry and they said they would try. It was amazing and I felt so much better after! Wow! Thank you guys so much! :)

Excellent food, great smoothies, fresh ingredients and friendly service. Skip the chain place and go here instead. The Cali Chicken Club is great.

Im new to the area and have gone to this location 2 or 3 times already and have gotten great service and food both times! I highly recommend the chicken pesto, it's sooo good!!
