The craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and kindness provided by Jesse and the entire crew has exceeded my expectations. I have never worked with a better team. I absolutely plan to work with this company again. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for high quality and affordable work. I had pressured treated wood installed for my new fire escape stairs. I also had a new door installed that was properly flashed.

We used Crawford Construction to remodel one of our rental units. It was a pretty extensive remodel but we received great communication throughout the entire process and we are thrilled with the end result! They were quick, efficient and very cost effective. We have since scheduled Crawford Construction to build 3 decks and provide some minor roofing repairs to multiple buildings. Jesse did a great job communicating with me throughout the remodel project. Had them remove an old tub/surround and put in new and rebuild wall to accommodate stock size tub. Also replaced floor with LVP. Great job and experience overall. From first contact to finished project was about two weeks. Thanks for expediting the job.

We discovered Crawford Construction several years ago looking for a roofing contractor to identify and fix a pesky and damaging leak. We had 3 contractors show up but immediately Jesse stood out in his ability to identify the root of the problem and clearly layout his plan for fixing it. He took the time to walk us through the issue and explain what he would do to fix it. And why it would not be a recurring issue once completed. His price was also the best of the 3 but that was not the deciding factor, it was his thoroughness and confidence he gave us. He followed up immediately and we were thrilled with the final result. Since then we have engaged Crawford Construction on several other projects including new rubber roofing, gutter replacement, storage shed rebuild, and complete window replacements throughout our entire house. We have always found Jesse and his team to be on time, reliable, thorough, extremely respectful of person and property, providing great quality of work and value for the money. It is so comforting to have found a trusted and reliable resource such as this. We will continue to use Crawford Construction for our maintenance and remodeling needs without hesitation.

Crawford construction came out to fix our water. They were on time, very respectful, and welcoming. They fixed our water issue very fast and replaced our pump. I was impressed on how the crew took the time to talk to me and explain what was happening and gave me future advice on how to help prevent future pump problems. We have used Crawford Construction on 5-6 projects at our house so far. They were very professional and knowledgeable in all areas. We’ve had it all done from roof, to tile work on our bathroom and kitchen. They rebuilt our front porch and back balcony. Also did a complete rebuild and upgrade to our electric too. But our most recent project was our 1st floor. Jesse and his team came in and created an open floor plan to our down stairs. They took out all of the walls and hoisted a 20+ ft beam up to support the weight of the house. They also reinforced and built new supports in the basement to offset the new areas of weight. These guys then installed flawless new floors throughout. Total new design in our kitchen, new cabinets, countertops, and back splash. And oh yeah… plumbing too! Jesse and his crew have met every challenge for these projects and even dealt with my wife’s indecisiveness and her natural talent to change her mind; mid build with the least amount of grief or aggravation. His quality of work and eye for perfection is worthy of the highest levels of compensation, however I never once felt that we were over paying for any of his services. The final trait that was consistent and always present with Crawford Construction was their complete and total honesty. He will always be my “Go-To” for any upgrades or construction projects in the future. In fact the wife is already planning on a addition to the house with a mud room and laundry on the first floor… lol. I’ll follow up with photos real soon.
