Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita's is one if my favorite places for a summer treat. Their employees were training the last time I went but they were very polite and made my order perfectly. They also now offer flavored custard that I onky just found out about. It's so good.

My kids love Rita's Italian ice. I have to give them 5 stars because of the excitement they have every time we go. In the picture, you can see that they have the "Scan barcode" app available as well.

The person who took our order was very kind and wished us a happy Pride Month :)

All area Rita’s are good, but I love how this location has more custard flavors then just Chocolate or vanilla.

Italian ice that is the perfect consistency. Not so hard you can't eat it with a spoon, but doesn't melt too easily. They also have a frozen custard you can have by itself or with ice in a gelati. I love the fruit flavors, peach, mango and citrus blast. Flavors change daily

Friendly staff and I love how they have a sign posted at the ordering windows about how much of their staff is new and to be patient with them. The general public often needs reminding that everyone has been new to a job at some point and won't always be perfect. It's a shame that they even have to post that note, but I really admire a company that cares about their employees enough to defend them from ignorant customers.

Rita's is always great. Get a rewards card to earn discounts and free items. Outdoor seating only. This is a hugely popular place, especially on the first day of Spring when each person gets a free small.
Closed during the winter. Friendly service, nice people.

Never much of a wait here even when the lines are long consisting of 10 or more people. Typical teenage staffing but they smile and have good manners. Ice and custard are always fresh and tasty.

Im from New York and come here to visit my Daughter,Son-in -Law and 2 granddaughters.I love this place my old favorite was the blood orange ice.Tonight they didnt have it but OMG the dark black cherry off the hook! Best Ive ever had my whole life!!!

Amazing! But they need to carry mint choco chip more often that would be my only request. The gelato is amazing ice is amazing just amazing all around. Staff is always nice and genuinely seem to love thier jobs which is a nice change of pace in a world full of miserable people.

My daughter was thrilled by being treated like a 'grownup', as well as by her mermaid Gelati. Thanks ladies, for having patience, and add my daughter asked me (3 times to ensure it DID happen, I might have been fibbing after all!) to convey: YOU MADE MY DAY!!!

Can't go wrong with a great cold gelato and they have puppy cups for our fur babies.

The custard and ice are always great and the line moves fast!

Really love this place, great place to go if you are craving ice cream or frozen treats.

Highly recommend Mango Misto Shake. Not great for the diet but tastes oh so good. Service was excellent.

I love the Strawberry Gelata with cheesecake custard.

They offer many choices, even a sugar free flavor. The prices are fair. The staff are fteiendly
