I've been buying, selling and doing transfers with Andrew pretty much since he opened 4-5 years ago. Cheapest transfer around. Gives fair prices when selling to him and still has some of the best prices I've found. Also knowledgeable and friendly Wich is something I've found is rare anymore with alot of shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone and have sent quite a few friends his way.

Best gun dealer in our area by far. He always has fair prices. Usually under other larger gun shops around here. Always friendly and willing to help customers. Winter’s has been and will continue to be my go to gun shop.

Andrew and his assistant are super nice! Very good to talk to. Very professional yet personable. You don't find that much at gun shops nowadays. We picked up our first purchase from him yesterday and will make his shop our go to shop from now on.

We used this place to transfer a couple guns we bought and it was quick easy and much cheaper than some of the big gun stores in the area.

The owner is a really nice guy that is very knowledgeable and helpful with purchases and transfers.

Winter Firearms is now my preferred FFL in southern York County for conducting transfers of online firearm purchases.

Great gun shop reasonably priced and cheap transfers compared to other places around the area. Owner is friendly and shop is well stocked. Pistols, AR's, shotguns, rifles, red dots and scopes can be found here.

As 1st time gun owners, my wife and I asked tons of questions and they were happy to answer all of them. We purchased guns and we are very happy with them. Prices are good too!
