Pool-Fection is awesome. Sold me a pump today and helped me out bigtime. I highly recommend this locally owned Red Lion establishment. Always friendly and helpful.

Gary and crew installed our pool in 2020. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our install was flawless and we continue to use their services for the opening/closing of our pool. We also have our water tested at the store and they provide us with what we need and not more.

They were very nice people & so helpful I needed a hose fast my sprung a leak They helped me right away Just a very nice place.Prices were pretty good as well With the rizing costs of everything soon people will not be able to afford to have a pool They have reasonable prices

WOW! Super fast communication and customer service!
Gary and his crew broke ground and installed not one , but two pools (24' and 18') pools at my house in 2 DAYS!
We had some issues with the filtration but that is now resolved and PoolFection made sure that the pools stayed balanced every day while resolving the issues.

Small, but efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will test your pool water and have any chemicals you might need in stock. There's not much else to say...they get the job done.

They new what part I needed price was good.Things I didn't like no prices on anything that I could see.Driveway is terrible pothole city.I will still buy there but will call for price first.I like to support local business in my area.

Very unpleasant experience getting a new liner. The workers were nice but smoked the whole time they were here. Literally working with one hand while having a cig in the other. The liner has wrinkles in it at places where it could have been worked out. They only guarantee no wrinkles if you pay an extra $500 so don't expect their best job. I told them I wanted my lines checked when they first came out for an estimate because I wasn't sure why I was loosing a lot of water. They never checked my lines and said it wasn't in the contract and basically said they dont remember or employee didn't write it down. Do not take their word on anything, this company nickel and dimes you and treats customers badly after they get their check. Very disappointing, I had high hopes for this company but customer satisfaction isn't a priority. They also emptied my pool without telling me. I got home Friday to an empty pool. It sat all weekend with no water which could be an issue of sides buckling in since there was no water pressure. I even told them I would start emptying the water Sunday and they said okay, that will be helpful. Next time we will do the liner ourselves because unfortunately the hassle and price isn't worth it! (I should have went with my gut instincts because their contract is written to protect them from anything and everything, but not much protection for the customer. The customer could be stuck with a liner they didn't even order, stuck with wrinkles, and extra costs added in afterwards.)

Unfortunately, will not continue to use this company’s services as I was harassed for payment that had already been made. The woman calling was incredibly rude and said that the company is “not for everyone.” When I expressed my dismay in the fact that they had lost my address the day they were supposed to come open my pool. Called me because I had called the previous day to make sure inclement weather would not affect the opening. Could not bill me at time of service because they forgot to make a work order. So I sent a check in later which was deposited, then they continued calling me saying I never paid but when I proved I had they said “okay we believe you” and didn’t even want the check number. GET A NEW SECRETARY, she was so RUDE to a customer you could have continued having for many years. She said rudely, FIND a NEW pool company because we aren’t for everyone. Wow, thanks!
