Great service for repair and maintenance! When I dropped off the rototiller it didn't even start. They not only repaired the rototiller but it has more power than it's had in years and they tightened everything up so it doesn't rattle anymore! This was my father's old rototiller and it has a great deal of sentimental value since he passed away. With a great repair shop like Bill's Outdoor Power keeping it in tip-top shape I know I'll be able to use my father's rototiller for many years to come.

This place deserves 10 stars! My chainsaw blew up the other day, I took it to Bill's to see if it could be repaired. It was economically unrepairable, no surprise really. While I was picking up my dead saw. I asked him to show me what he had to sell me for a new one and told him what my purpose would be. He took the time to show me exactly what I needed and exactly the benefits of that particular saw. Price for the new saw seems way more than fair to me. He also took the time to give me some tips on care and feeding of my new saw. Nothing short of outstanding customer service!! I would definitely recommend dropping in here if you need anything from chainsaws to lawn mowers to weed eaters.

Bill and his guys have been wonderful to us! Service was terrific. He told us what was not worth repairing and what he did repair was reasonably priced. We have returned several times and will again.

I am really glad I found this place and the reviews are truthful. I needed my snowblower serviced as it wouldn't work with the most recent snowstorm we had. I goolged for repair shops in the area and scoured reviews until this business caught my eye. I called and was met with a friendly person on the other end who helped work me into the schedule.
Shortly before Christmas they picked up my snowblower and just delivered it today. The price was reasonable and I'm happy to have saved hundreds of dollars I would have spent on a new blower. Don’t know why this place has a mediocre rating. I bought a used snowblower that leaked gas from the carb. Called Bill up and he got me the parts I needed. Gave me a couple pointers on a few things to look for and now, no more leaky snowblower. Thanks!
