Mavis Discount Tire

I am so incredibly happy with the service Mike and Izzy provided for me! I came in an hour before closing a couple days ago stressed because I had taken my vehicle to another location for tires, and unfortunately there was a mishap as shown in the pics below. I went over to Mavis and they jumped right into action rectifying the mistake and got me booked for a repair within 48 hrs to finish everything. I dropped my vehicle off and in only an hour the repair was complete! I was very sad at first with what happened to my van where I initially was, but finding out what great service Mavis provides made the experience worth it because they have won any business they are able to provide going forward. These guys are awesome! I came in to get a tire patched due to a nail I saw in the tire and they got me in right away. Not only did they fix the one tire in the nail but the checked all four tires and found two other nails in two other tires and fixed them. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will come back for car maintenance.

Honestly can't say enough about this place. They were so accommodating and amazing to me. My battery died and I don't know anything about cars, so I was very flustered. At point I was calling around and was told that other places couldn't replace my battery in my car because of certain specifications, so I was recommended here. I called in and they were so helpful. They got me in the same day, replaced my battery, checked my alternator, and even topped off my oil. They were so kind and understanding and even helped me out with a deal because of having to get a special battery for my car. This place is honestly AMAZING! I will 100% be back and will be telling all of my friends and family that this is the place to go. Thank you guys again so much for everything!

My wife called me and said her tire was loosing air pressure and could I check it out when I got home from work. I checked it out and there was a screw in the rear tire, most places are closed after 5pm but I remembered getting tires installed on my F150 awhile back at Mavis East York location, so I called them up and I spoke to Izzy, told her my issue and she said if you can make it in we will plug the tire for you and send you on your way just give us a pleasant review. I pulled up about 10 minutes later handed her my key and my man Jordan took care of my issue topped off all the tires with 33 psi gave me back my key as I handed him a tip and as Izzy said I was on my way. Woke up Sunday to a tote with a 15 tire pressure. I rode to Mavis Discount Tire to get it fixed because I had gone here a couple years ago to get a tire fixed. They plugged my tired and sent me on my way! No charge! The customer service was great. I will definitely use them to take care of my tires.

I can’t say enough about how helpful these folks are at Mavis Discount Tire in East York PA have been. Three times in a row I have come to them for advice and potential service and they do everything they can to help me, including telling when a job is beyond their capacity to assist. Of course when I do need a tire repaired, they get me in and out quickly! Or when I do need a potential car purchased checked over, they get me in and out quickly. Just real people here doing a great job in a super fashion. Highly recommend!!

Service was so efficient and employees were so friendly! My dad called in first to see if they could help me and then when I showed up, Mike helped me and ended up plugging my tire and replacing my headlight for free! I really appreciated his kindness that day. Thank you!!!

Took my car in today to have the tire checked for a leak. They took me straight in and was done before i knew what happened. Super fast and friendly. I’ll need brake work done on my Ram 1500 soon. These guys just won my business. Good job!

Went to Mavis to get a tire fixed that had a screw lodged in it. Customer service was excellent. They took my car immediately and fixed my tire in record time. When the employee handed me my keys he said there is no cost. I was taking aback by the generosity and kindness. It made my day. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

My husband and I went to Mavis to get a flat tire fixed, and when the service was completed, Isaac told us we did not have to pay for the service and we should just leave a review! Had the valve stem leaking badly on my truck. I was right next door so I drove over to Mavis. They took it right in and replaced the stem quickly. But the most shocking part was that there was no charge for the service. Very friendly and helpful staff here. I would recommend to anyone.

Mavis in York just fixed a puncture for me at a price that cannot be beat. As usual, their staff were friendly, competent, and quick to get the job done. I have purchased a few sets of tires there for my family's vehicles over the years, and have never been disappointed in price or service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a screw in my tire and called to see if they could help me. I went in the next day (Sunday) without an appointment and they fixed my tire right away, no wait. And best of all, there was no charge. That was very much appreciated, and I would recommend Mavis for tire repairs, and will definitely go back if need be.

Big shout out to Mavis Discount Tire on East Market in York! I Just moved to the neighborhood and had a flat tire! I have never received such great customer service! They were very helpful and did an exceptional job they even explained to me what went wrong with my tire and their prices were very reasonable!

Mike and his tech were LIFE SAVERS. I had a 3/8 bolt in my tire- (my tires are brand new, just got 4 brand new tires put on at my dealership less than 1 month ago). I was on my way home from work and called Mavis. Mike picked up and told me to come right on it, even though they closed at 6 and I wasn't getting there until 6:05pm (because I had to keep stopping to put air in my tire). They had my tire fixed, handed me my keys and had me on my way home by 6:10. Management is everything and the way Mike handled this situation was angelic. Obviously no one likes the customers that come in right before closing time, let alone after. During this crazy time of year, my experience with Mavis has been a breath of fresh air. Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Extremely accommodating. Missed an appointment because I was held over late at work, but they still fit me into the schedule and got my car ready to go in no time.

Staff was friendly and honest about what my car needed. They let me actually see it while my car was on the lift. That's a first for me. They had a bunch of options for tire prices too. I'm used to rude mechanics that try to scam me because I'm a woman bringing her car in for service, but this place was much better than anywhere else I've been. Definitely check it out 👍🏼

Came on for a nail in the tire. Check in was a breeze. Work was done fast and precisely. I appreciate that the technician spent the time to check my tire pressure sensor.
